Very spacious refrigerator. 2 downfall in my personal opinion. First one to me that it can't fit a big pot in the refrigerator unless you remove one of the stand. Second down fall is the freezer space isn't that big. I bought a few item and it was all full. But I guess it would be the same as any other product. We can't never have big enough refrigerator now days. But overall, I love this refrigerator!!!!!

I bought this refrigerator about a year ago and so far It has been a good refrigerator.

When you have a dead fridge, you are desperate to get one as soon as possible. We really wanted a counter depth unit with French doors as we are now empty nesters, but none of those models were available until late September at the earliest and that was not guaranteed. This one was available within two days for installation, so that is what drove our decision. However, it has ice/water in the door which was a requirement. Also, reviews of the counter depth units all complained about small amounts of ice availability in those units which concerned us as we are big ice tea and ice water drinkers. This unit was delivered on a Saturday morning at the end of August and was up and running in just a bit over an hour. While it is larger than we wanted, we have found the middle drawers and the freezer arrangement much better than the Maytag it replaced. It was more expensive than we were looking to spend for a replacement, but it seems to be well worth the money. It has not disappointed on the ice availability front as it seems to always have ice available. It is very quiet once it was up and running for more than a day. The only complaint we have with it is that the door open alarm sounds a lot like a cell phone alert and it took us a while to figure out it's the fridge, not someone's cell phone going off.

I began looking at high tech refrigerators -- with interior cameras and digital hubs. I quickly realized the time was spent on the technology and not the appliance itself. This Kitchenaid is well designed and beautiful. The exterior drawers and flexible shelves give everything its place. The interior color and low lights make this appliance seem very high end.

My wife and I were in the market for a new frig for our new home. We researched friges of all names/sizes and price points. We ultimately chose this kitchen aid frig because it was versatile (removable and retractable shelving), had optimal produce storage/preservation (for we enjoy cooking with fresh herbs/vegetables), plenty of freezer space, and at the same time provided an elegant appeal to go with our kitchen and kitchen appliances. Since purchase the frig has done a great job. Cools effectively and has impressed us with its ability to preserve produce beyond our usual expected shelf life when compared to our prior frig. I've seen some reviews on this frig stating that they have had issues with the ice maker and "noise" of operation. However I have not encountered these specific problems nor any other problems for that matter. All and all we've been very satisfied with our purchase. Really recommend purchasing this item through best buy - the folks there from purchase to delivery were fantastic. A+

We originally attempted to purchase a different refrigerator from Sears Outlet but after 2 purchases, one damaged item being delivered and the second refrigerator not showing up, we gave up, got a refund and went to Best Buy. The sales associate was helpful and the product was delivered as promised, within 3-5 days (I don't recall how long the wait was, but not long). This item had good reviews and my dad liked the deeper freezer sliding trays for better organization. I subtracted a star because the water and ice panel on the door isn't as user friendly as other models out there. Its a bit tedious to have to press the button multiple times to go from ice to water when other models allow you to simply press the ice lever or water lever w/your glass, no buttons involved. Overall, we are satisfied with the refrigerator and all the other features.

This refrigerator has factory door alignment issues. Kitchenaid gives you a door alignment tool and instruction to fix horizontal and vertixal gaps. It takes a lot of customer effort to correct manufacturer ‘defects’. Inside of fridge constantly fogs up with humidity when door is opened briefly. Vaporlock gaskets and seals are poorly fitted and do not create a good seal, even after realignment. Various cosmetic defects with cheap plastic panels where they meet stainless exterior. Insulating foam visible through exterior joints and door surfaces. Ice maker constantly clogs when chipped ice is used, caused by melting and refreezing of ice chips at the door. Dont buy. They havent fixed any if these issues since this unit came out.

This refrigerator has many features that I like. It has 4 drawers in the refrigerator- two for veggies and fruit, a smaller one between those two where my daughter puts her cans of soda, as well as a "deli" drawer. It has ice and water on the door and the ice dispenser lights up when being used. The freezer has two upper drawers which makes for great organization. The reason for the 4 stars is that the finish on the front is more of a deep gray with kind of a chocolate hue rather than black and the finish can be scratched rather easily. Overall, though, I am happy with my purchase. .

We've had this fridge for 3.5 years. Love the look and layout but just crapped out on us. Not very long for a 'high end' refrigerator.

This refrigerator is the best man made machine ever! My girlfriend and I were a little skeptical about getting into Kitchenaid but we are glad we did, couldn't be happier with the purchase. This refrigerator is very beautiful. The LED lighting wows anyone that opens its doors. We love the soft close doors, it brings the elegance out of it. We get many compliments from visitors. My only negative remark is the ice dispenser size (too small). Other than that, we are very happy so far.

It's beautiful, and so very functional. So far, we have had no problems with this refrigerator (we've had it for almost 6 months). It holds so much, and is so easy to view and access everything--even in the freezer! The design is wonderful. I sure hope it holds up--and I got the 5-year warranty, too. Best Buy met a slightly lower price from a competitor, also.

The extra drawers are a big plus. The icmaker works fast and is quiet. The old refrigerator made me jump when ice was sent to the bin.

it makes a loud noise every once in a while, but I still love it over the LG that I previously had.

The best features are the crisper drawers and herb keeper. The fresh vegetables stayed fresh longer than any fridge we've owned. I stored some cilantro in the herb keeper and it stayed fresh for several weeks. It has lots of shelves, but not many ways to configure them. (One large shelf shattered while cleaning, it was quickly replaced under the manufacturer warranty.) The ice maker couldn't keep up in the hot summer, but it never stopped making ice.

We just purchased this amazing fridge. First of all best buy offered a very good price and also they matched the price and we get another $150 discount. They installed it in 3 days and it works amazing. You can barely hear any sound, the water is very good (except the first 4-5 cups which is normal), it has lots of space and at last it's so stylish!

Purchased this KitchenAid fridge as a scratch and dent. There were a few minor dents on the front side that are now covered with small magnets. I love the functionality of this refrigerator. The drawer slides are a higher quality then the other units I had researched. I love the LED lighting! Only complaint is that the right door is not 100% level. We noticed this in the store and they provided a service call to attempt to level door and it is in the same position. A few minutes of tinkering on our own and we got it leveled. Great fridge so far after 1 month of ownership.

Finally the 3rd one that was delivered works perfectly and is an excellent product. However as I have stated previously Best Buy’s warehouse activities need to be reviewed. The first 2 deliveries were obviously damaged and should have been prevented from being delivered to my home. I May have to consider further purchases at other locations if this type of business behavior continues. However I will say sales people and sales manager were absolutely fantastic during this process.

This fridge is the only appliance I've ever been this excited about - it's gorgeous, it's functional, it has ever feature I could want and none of the ridiculous ones (like a TV or bluetooth, seriously?) that I don't want. Pros: It's built like a tank. Repairs will be easy b/c all appliance repairmen can get KitchenAid parts for reasonable prices, unlike Samsung or LG. Space is great, it cools consistently, and the front water dispenser & ice machine are extremely convenient. Cons: It's huge, yet not an interior space leader. The standard stainless steel finish is gorgeous but shows fingerprints VERY easily. I'd suggest getting the version w/the smudge-proof finish. Also, the ice machine is relatively slow. Ice capacity is OK for a single-child home. Freezer space is somewhat limited due to the 2 upper sliding trays. Overall - it's an awesome machine from arguably the most reputable appliance manufacturer. Highly recommended.

It is a good purchase. The refrigerator is spacious with many compartments that serve to separate the products and the freezer is excellent.

I have had this refrigerator for about a month now. It has performed flawlessly and has tons of features. I love the in door ice maker. It makes plenty of ice for our family and does a great job at dispensing. I love the drawers up front. Perfect for having snack drawers for my son so he is not constantly going through the fridge.
