Love opening the drawers (2) for produce, meat, etc. without opening the refrigerator. The freezer has two shelves along with the bottom two divided sections along with a separate pizza storage area. Every day I find new things I like about it.

Love this refrigerator!! It is so spacious and able to fit a lot of items in without it looking crowded, which makes it hard to locate things when you need it.

Nice fridge, large capacity, nice layout and finishes.

Now I understand the push to get a service contract on the refrigerator, 1.5years into ownership experience and it’s issue prone. Now the interior lights are not working. Couple this with the noisy normal operation and you get more disappointment.

Loving this new refrigerator! It’s a nice upgrade from our previous kitchen aid which lasted 13 years with no problems.

Good looking refrigerator would buy again plenty of room

The 5 door is great. We typically only use the one drawer most of the day so having the 5 door is more convenient then having to open the doors to pull out the drawer. We do have a problem with the ice melting and dripping water because of a damaged seal on the ice maker which is scheduled to be repaired.

Just exactly what I needed. The extra drawers make it so nice to not have to open up everything and waste energy.

The first fridge had a rust stain (yes - on stainless steel!!) and the seller recommended to just replace that door, but when they did that threw the alignment of all 5 doors out of whack. The second one they brought had two dents in the doors, so we couldn't accept it. So we're waiting to see if the third one is ok before they install it. This is a very nice fridge, but I expect a lot better quality out of KitchenAid.

This fridge has too many cooling sections that are always giving different temperatures. This has to do with the different drawers it has.

This fridge is pretty decent, but overall, it's not perfect, but all of the issues are minor, just annoying. The chrome strips on the front of the shelves fell off and wont go back on. The freezer door : you think its closed, but its not.. you just have to double check everytime you shut it. The buttons for the drawer are in a stupid location. But I will say that food DOES STAY COLD and the icemaker is amazing.

Like the drawer and various area to store food. Like the way the drawers soft close ...neat. Did research on line...old firm and made in America. Quality is great. Like the gray interior and cool led lighting.

We've had our fridge for several weeks and like it. Organization is easy due to many drawers and compartments. It runs very quietly and so far has pleased us in every way! We look forward to using it for many years-along with our very quiet and reliable Kitchen Aid dishwasher!

Love this refrigerator. It is well designed with a space for everything. The drawers are deep and the bottom freezer drawer fits 2vlargd frozen pizzas and has two extra drawers. Everything fits so well in this fridge. So happy with it and it is beautiful.

Decent refrigerator. Unfortunately, it is not the refrigerator I ordered. Since the refrigerator I wanted was not correctly ordered and delivered, I have had to cancel the order and have the order reentered for the refrigerator I said I wanted.

Beautiful and design engineers really have produced a commercial quality product for homeowners.
