This is a good home refrigerator need to make sure you have a good 36” door way to get it through shelves are adjustable and and the refrigerator has a fast ice setting works well

Very happy with this Fridge. We had an 8 year old LG that died, and LG only offered protracted service that would have taken many weeks. Research showed that LG is poor quality and KitchenAid is excellent, so we dumpted the LG and chose this KitchenAid

Love this fridge! It has many compartments super clean look inside and has many areas to divide produce and frozen products in the freezer. Just love it.

Refrigerator was delivered damaged I called in and told them I would keep the damaged one for a discount they tell me $200.00 I said no they told me go to the store ask for a manager I did that and was given a phone number which is the same number I called. Why can’t you call and get a responsible mgr rather than a lazy manager.

Clean look inside and out. No complaints. Easy access to the water filter compared to previous fridges I’ve owned.

After looking at all the available French door models with Drawers and ice makers in the door, this was the only one that had doors thin enough to put it close to a wall and the door was able to open.

Ice maker doesn't make enough ice and it would be great if the ice it did make could be dropped in a bucket to accumulate

I had a terrible experience with Best Buy's delivery service. They canceled my scheduled delivery without informing me and rescheduled it for three days later. Their lack of professionalism and insensitivity to the food storage issue they created was unacceptable. Since I had moved out of my previous residence, I had no way to store my food. They promised to reimburse me for the spoiled food but later denied my claim. I will never do business with a company that disrespects its customers and shows little regard for their needs. Shame on you, Best Buy!

I consider Kitchen Aid along with Betsy Buy and Geek Squad top of the line corporations top of the line folk to do business with.

So far so good. No issues. A big relief as compared to the other 2 refrigerators we had prior which had issues on day 1. .

We purchased this refrigerator a little bit over a month ago and its been a total disappointment. The ice maker leaks water into the refrigerator, requiring constant clean up. It’s an exhausting cycle of drying the inside of the fridge only to find puddles of water 20-30 minutes later. We called kitchen aid service over 2 weeks ago and nobody has been out to repair it yet. I even encountered a rude customer service rep on my second call. Would definitely not recommend this fridge, not worth the $2700 we paid.
