Love this refrigerator and your delivery people were GREAT!!!

Much improvement from my other refrigerator. I thoroughly love it!!

Not finger print proof. Ice maker doesnt differentiate the ice type, its the same. Started leaking 1 yr after purchase and has compressor glitches.

Here I am back to KitchenAid. I have been through the gamut Samsung, LG, etc. and now I am back with the most reliable, and best quality refrigerator on the market today. This model is the most versatile and the most reliable one I have ever owned. I did wait till it was on sale, but even at the regular price it was worth it. As an aside, I have a 1997 Kitchen Aid in my exercise room that is still going strong. Cut to the chase and buy Kitchen Aid.

The refrigerator has met all of our expectations. Great quality and highly recommended it.

Very good, fantastic quality and very flexible organizing

This was an upgrade from our previous model. Having multiple compartments helps to organize more efficiently. Unit is sturdy and of good quality. Ice maker works well and delivers flawless crushed ice.

like the design, with the middle draw I use to store my veggies make it very convenient

The wife loves the accessability of all the items on the shelves. the freezer is well organized.

Great buy, excellent quality and great price,excellent capacity

We bought the refrigerator on October 2, 2024 but it was not delivered until December 4, which was the third time it was scheduled to be delivered. We won't buy an appliance from Best Buy again for that reason. When it was finally delivered, the two gentlemen made it within the time frame that was given. The ability to track where they were was a great thing so that we weren't tied to the house all day. When they got here, they went right to work, and it was great that the delivery group was able to hold up to what they said they would do. The refrigerator looks nice and is roomier than our old side-by-side.

Purchased the product for my new house. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helped me out. On delivery day we had some damage to the product. I spoke with customer service and they set the refrigerator up and sent me a new one the following week. Great experience.

The freezer doors are not very strong, is very noisy

I really like this refrigerator. Sadly, the two drawers (freezer and middle) are misaligned. Still waiting for replacement parts. For a higher-end (and more expensive) product, I would have expected better quality. If the doors were aligned, I’d rate this as 5 stars.

So far, so good. The middle drawer reduces the space in the freezer and the upper compartment. Not sure it's a good design/engineering choice.
