    Able to put next to a wall and the door would open

    After looking at all the available French door models with Drawers and ice makers in the door, this was the only one that had doors thin enough to put it close to a wall and the door was able to open.

    I consider Kitchen Aid along with Betsy Buy and Geek Squad top of the line corporations top of the line folk to do business with.

    We’re big fans of KitchenAid and love the overall look and functionality of this refrigerator—it’s stylish and performed well. However, the noise from the motor was just too much for us. It was loud enough to be distracting, almost like nails on a chalkboard, and we couldn't walk away from it fast enough. We ended up switching to a Café model, which has a very similar design and features—but it’s whisper quiet and even has a beautiful backlight inside. If KitchenAid can resolve the noise issue, this would’ve been a keeper.

    So far so good. No issues. A big relief as compared to the other 2 refrigerators we had prior which had issues on day 1. .

    I had a terrible experience with Best Buy's delivery service. They canceled my scheduled delivery without informing me and rescheduled it for three days later. Their lack of professionalism and insensitivity to the food storage issue they created was unacceptable. Since I had moved out of my previous residence, I had no way to store my food. They promised to reimburse me for the spoiled food but later denied my claim. I will never do business with a company that disrespects its customers and shows little regard for their needs. Shame on you, Best Buy!

    Ice maker doesn't make enough ice and it would be great if the ice it did make could be dropped in a bucket to accumulate

    Refrigerator was delivered damaged I called in and told them I would keep the damaged one for a discount they tell me $200.00 I said no they told me go to the store ask for a manager I did that and was given a phone number which is the same number I called. Why can’t you call and get a responsible mgr rather than a lazy manager.

    The Kitchen Aid refrigerator looks great in our re.odeled kitchen. Very roomy inside - the drawers and shelving plan is perfect. Love the lighting and like how smooth the drawers slide.

    We purchased this refrigerator a little bit over a month ago and its been a total disappointment. The ice maker leaks water into the refrigerator, requiring constant clean up. It’s an exhausting cycle of drying the inside of the fridge only to find puddles of water 20-30 minutes later. We called kitchen aid service over 2 weeks ago and nobody has been out to repair it yet. I even encountered a rude customer service rep on my second call. Would definitely not recommend this fridge, not worth the $2700 we paid.

    Manufactured with cheap materials that are falling apart. Ice maker stop making ice after 7 months and the fridge not cooling according to the temperature display on the screen.

    Defective Refrigerator experience

    I was delivered a defective refrigerator on Jan 16. I was told by your rep I would be credited back everything in 48 hours. I had to call again today because nothing has been done and was told they never processed it so it’s been a week and I can’t buy a refrigerator because of this error. I did receive some of my rewards back today but there are still some rewards that have not been credited back. This has been a disappointing experience. I shop a lot at Best Buy and am not sure if I will buy my refrigerator here because if this experience.

    NEVER HAVE BESTBUY INSTALL ANYTHING

    They sent two kids to install this fridge that had no idea what they were doing. I had to install the water connection. Then one week later the handle fell off the middle door due to improper installation. DO NOT HAVE BESTBUY INSTALL ANYTHING

    Water valve went out within 2 weeks so no water or ice!!! Took a week to get the part in for repairs!

    Bought the refrigerator for less than a year and half. The cooling stopped because the main control chip board failed. It cost us $600 to fix
