This was the 3rd refrigerator we bought from best buy. The customer service is terriffic. The staff is always helpful. We love our kitchenaid refridgerator. The delivery was perfect as well. Haul away was very smooth

Great refrigerator. Crushed ice is great. Plenty of storage room. Easy access to items.

Great size. Interior is roomy. Middle drawer allows keeping main compartment closed if only need items from middle drawer. Ice compartment is smaller than my previous side by side, but more than adequate for our household. Ice/water dispenser easy to use and allows for tall containers to fit.

I'm reviewing only based on appearance and on Best Buy. I purchased this refrigerator but had to return it. This is a gorgeous refrigerator and I'm really sad that I had to return it. I had a difficult space to fit my small kitchen and I was happy to note that the doors were not super thick and would have opened correctly against a wall. I had to return it due to the depth. Best Buy made it easy for me to cancel this refrigerator and purchase another one. The installers were so courteous of my home. I'm very impressed with using Best Buy for appliances.

Very pleased with this refrigerator. Fit my needs perfectly and was a perfect fit for my kitchen. Also very quiet. Don’t even realize it’s running.

I would have given a 5 star to this awesome refrigerator if it wasn't because the water dispenser continue to drip for a second after the cup is removed and the water pressure is slow to fill the cup. A Technician came to look at it but that's all he did. I owned another Kitchen Aid before purchasing this fridge, reason why I am able to compare. Other than that, this fridge is super spacious and I am able to organize everything inside very well, its very high end looking with the wood edging on the shelf. I don't regret buying it's just a bit annoying that with such a expensive fridge and this new technology era, I have to get use to hold the cup longer that what I was used to with my prior older model otherwise, I will have a puddle of water on the tray every time. I wish they would come back to fix it. The ice maker is also nice as it stops automatically from making more ice if its not being use as fast.

We love our new refrigerator. The center drawer is perfect to keep drinks and other needed things for the day. We are not opening the upper drawer near as much which saves energy.

Beautiful fridge, with all the bells and whistles! The deki drawer is the “snack drawer” for my kids and we got just before back to school season, so it’ll be a great place to store all their favorite snacks! The water and ice dispenser are sleek and easy to use! The three drawers in the freezer means everything stays organized! Overall very happy with my purchase, hoping it’ll last me a while!

Item was shipped perfectly. I installed mine which i highly recommend. Seen people here complain about the uneven doors, theres adjustment bolts beneath each door. Reading the manual does wonders haha. Mine had no damage what so ever and included everything (except water line) the biggest con i have with this fridge is that for the price point theres not a single smart home thing. Lacking in technology. Ice maker does take forever. Eh thats it but it looks good in my kitchen so its fine.

The kitchen aid fridge is great... The help i got for best buy was top notch.... Our sales guy Nick helped us out so much... And the price, didn't even go to the big box store's...

Although only had for a month, the functional layout of the fridge is the best we have ever had. Space for everything with the ability to segregate foods into sections. Very pleased with this exceptional design

We are looking our new refrigerator. It is very spacious and easy to find things. I love having an ice maker and a water. I love the special drawer and the compartments in the freezer. It doesn’t have a butter drawer.

For a refrigerator it is quite stylish. The smart and practical storage solutions are quite useful. Very happy with the kitchen aid refrigerator.

I love the sleek look of this fridge. Inside is not you normal white and silver. The wood look finish is beautiful. Lots of space too!

We down sized from a 28cf Samsung and honestly seem to have more room in this. It keeps everything COLD and looks good while doing it. We happy with it so far!

Amazing fridge! So clean looking and I love the clear drawers and the fact there’s NO WHITE inside. The triple freezer drawer + pizza pocket is a huge bonus.
