It seems like a very nice refrigerator and we got it at a substantial discount on sale. Unfortunately, it was back ordered, but it was what we needed to match our other appliances. We really like the water dispenser on the front door. You can choose an amount to dispense and it will automatically measure out that amount. So far we love it.

Fit and finish is fantastic. We got a great deal on a great refrigerator. Water and ice through the door work great. Tons of room huge freezer section. Kitchenaid is a brand we trust. Very happy with the purchase and the service that we have gotten from Best Buy!!!!

Only have had the fridge for a week. Like the lighting and the layout. Ice maker makes more ice than my LG that this replaced. The no fingerprint surface is nice as well. The only thing I liked more about the LG was the bottom freezer drawer closed a little easier, other than that this fridge is a little better in every other aspect.

Not mad, but too happy.. I have had fridge for less than 60 days.. Just set up a service call for the external water filler (like where your cup goes).. Everything was fine for the first few days, but for the last few week it sounds like i jackhammer when filling my glass.. ALSO.. The handles keep coming loose.. I am going to buy some Loctite.. Hopefully that will help... Nothing lasts forever.. However.. When you drop over 3k on a fridge, you dont expect this to happen so soon..

Like the gray interior one better, but no longer seems to be a choice. This was actually a purchase for my mom's new house, we have basically the same one other than with the gray inside as I mentioned.

This the most exciting thing I’ve experienced in the past 6 months!!!! After a few glitches, which were easily ironed out, my fabulous new refrigerators great! I can’t believe I waited so long to replace my old one. The water/ice features are great and there’s even a pizza compartment! Seeing we’re safely sheltering and cooking up a storm, now we have a gorgeous new KitchenAid appliance to keep all of our essential needs perfectly organized and fresh.

So far we love this fridge! It is aesthetically pleasing and has plenty of space!

Great refrigerator, made a strange sound a few times, but it went away so far. Have had refrigerator only a week. Like the interior and overall look.

Extremely well built with quality materials. I can always count on my food being the perfect temperature, ice in the ice maker, and clean filtered water in every glass. Tons of storage and different compartments for organization and separation of different food types. The freezer has a shallow drawer on top and deep storage on bottom. All in all we are very impressed with Kitchen Aid’s creative use of space creating more space. Top notch cooling systems! Thumbs up!

I received the first unit Saturday May 16 and after waiting the 24 hours the manual and kitchen aid website states to wait the before adding food it did not cool down at all, called bestbuy and requested an exchange, the unit was supposed to arrive on Wednesday and then I received a call that the unit was damage and needed to reschedule delivery, then finally on Friday May 22 we received the 2nd unit, it was installed again by the Best Buy delivery tech, we waited the 24 hours and again the unit is not cooling down,,... it has been 48 hours and still the same, we cannot believe this, we call again Best Buy and requested an exchange again but this time we are going with a different brand, we have never owned a kitchenaid appliance and we decided to purchase this model based on the reviews but this is the first and last kitchenaid brand appliance we purchase, I think they have a bad lot of refrigerators and they have not realized it yet. Their quality department really needs to be evaluated, I don’t think they are doing their job.

This refrigerator is a warranty replacement from the Best Buy Warranty Program. It replaced an older model which is no longer available. This refrigerator is the upgrade to that model. With a slight increase in price (difference in what we paid and cost of the newer mold). We now have a brand new refrigerator that works perfectly.

It is the biggest size that Kitchen Aid offers. The stainless steel looks attractive.

I got this fridge from best buy and was very excited to receive delivery after a 2 month wait period. But I was met with disappointment after disappointment. Started with the delivery date. I had scheduled a delivery and completed my checklist weeks in advance, but randomly they cancelled it on the day of. Then, they rescheduled the delivery for 3 days later, which also they delivered 4 hours outside of their delivery window. And the kicker, at the time of the delivery, their guy checked delivery and installation as complete, even though he wasn't near by. Atleast 40 miles away per the tracker. Then, 24 hours later, the fridge hasn't even cooled a degree. It's at room temperature and all my food has been spoilt. I called geek squad for a service, but they said they cannot show till 3 days later and the best thing to do was exchange. And then later the same day, someone showed up, barely waited for 30 seconds at the front door and just left. Then I see they had rescheduled the appointment to same day and cancelled the exchange appointment. Absolutely zero communication, no follow up, no service. Right now, this is a waste of my money. Never again, will I get a major appliance from best buy. I highly recommend other's the same.

I really like the style because it matches my other KitchenAid Appliances however it is my third in 5 years. the first was delivered with a damage and replaced by Best Buy., the 2nd had freezer issues and then the lights inside would not work. I'm on my 3rd because they could not get the parts for the 2nd. I'm hoping this one will give me more than 5 years., I did take a service contract to be safe.
