I purchased this Kitechn aid fridge along with few other appliances from Bestbuy and had it delivered to my home. When I installed the fridge I noticed it had side byside shelves that were not aligning properly even though they were on the same holes. It had broken rails for the drawer cabinets and the freezer section had some other broken piece in addition to it causing some condensation on my freezer door. In any case, I have a call into KA today to see what they can do. I have a 3 year extended warranty via the Best buy and they told me to go through KA support as first year is part of the manufacture warranty period. This was news to me as when BB sold me these appliances they had said, I was just a call away to their Geek squad for any support during the extended warranty. Eitherway, this is a lemon and I want KA/BB to swap this fridge with no questions asked.

Love it. The size is perfect and everything works well

The fridge makes very strange and loud noises quite often. At times it sounds like a telephone ringing. Other times it sounds like a rattling engine.

We are enjoying you new appliance. It is a little bigger than the old one. I especially like the print shield, makes it easier to keep clean. Not too fond of the telephone ring noise after the door is closed, I assume it is the vacuum seal on the door.

Nice Fridge. The only thing that I would change is the way the ice comes out of the door. The ice gets thrown out and onto the floor no matter how carefully you place the glass under the dispenser. I like the extra drawers in the fridge and the freezer.

LOVE this refrigerator. I am still in the process of organizing for maximum efficiency.

Quiet. Good quality. A lot of storage. Even on the doors.

We loved it, the look, the design, and it was the first time we ever had an ice maker that seems to be designed so that ice doesn’t get stuck. Then after 8 months it quit freezing. We called for service and it will be a Almost week before they come out. Very disappointing, hopefully they fix it under the warranty with no issues other than the delay.

This was an emergency purchase when our 9 yr old Kenmore Elite 27.6 cu ft refrigerator died. It's a nice replacement but the set-up of the door bins could be better. The freezer drawer tiers are not spaced very well, a large turkey can make it hard to open/close the top drawer. I think I was spoiled by my old Kenmore but I'm sure I'll get used to this new Kitchenaid.

Great so far, except crush ice dispenser. Ice hangs up in dish and win't come down.

I really did a ton of research and I am so happy I decided on this model. I have had it almost a year now and have not had any of the problems listed in the reviews. I love the space and the features. The max ice is great because it speeds up the time to fill the ice bucket. You will be happy.
