Overall happy with the refrigerator. The large drawer inside slides open when ever you open the door and the blue stickers with the black arrows left the black arrow markings on the drawer. Little by little coming off but don’t want to scrub and scratch.

Very spacious refrigerator and freezer. Water dispenser can be configured using the digital pad. Ice is stored within the refrigerator door and does not take up extra space in the freezer.

This fridge looks great and holds a lot of food. This is our second one. We bought one for our previous home and another for our new home. Works well.

Best fridge we have owned and we've had them all. This fridge is so quiet that we almost think it isn't working but it works wonderfully. It is also great to look at! Couldn't be more pleased!

The fridge makes very strange and loud noises quite often. At times it sounds like a telephone ringing. Other times it sounds like a rattling engine.

Not happy with the level of noise coming from this thing. My sound level meter is showing 58-59 decibels. It is almost always running at this sound level. A small percentage of the time it is quieter but still making noise, and acceptable level though during these times. It is almost never not making noise. Much louder and more annoying than our 10+ year old Whirlpool side-by-side it replaced. Unless there is something faulty that can be replaced, this thing is going back. I'll update the review if it's fixable.

Water was not hooked up because installers didn't have right fitting as well as they told my husband the wrong fitting size. Doors are not even. Water leakage and knocking noise. I'm calling for repair service.

Loved it from the beginning... only one problem... when all the packaging was off there was a very small dent in the left door. Best Buy was awesome at getting it exchanged... very happy... Thank you Best Buy

Great item. Never had an issue with it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new fridge.

Beautiful easy to clean, filters are easy to reach and change. Adjustable shelves for maximum storage and doors will hold a gallon of milk with ease.

so far all good. only thing I have issue with is the crushed ice "blowing" out the side walls on the rim of glass being used at the time...

This fridge is great. The shelves are laid out very well, and the freezer is pretty spacious compared to other drawer style freezers I've seen. Overall we are very happy with our purchase

Nice fridge. The guy scratched the floor. The fridge works fine. It makes an alarm if the door is left ajar.

This has just about all of the same features as much more expensive refrigerators. It is also the only standard depth french door fridge that was short enough to fit within our built-in space.

Have found the quality of Kitchenaid refrigerators and ice makers to be subpar. I purchased this refrigerator a little after 4 years after owning the previous model (which is no longer made) . The previous model failed as the entire interior kept icing over. Despite having an extended warranty with Kitchenaid, they would only cover 75% of the cost to replace. I was forced to fork out over a $1000 to replace it. The only reason I bought another Kitchenaid is because I wanted the appliances, handles etc to match. My kitchen was newly built just over 4 years ago and I did not want to go through the expense of changing everything and redoing cabinets. But, if you have a choice...do not buy Kitchenaid as they don’t stand behind their products. This newer model so far is functioning fine, but I will have to report back in a year. 9the time my previous one starting giving problems). Best Buy however is a pleasure to deal with. Their sales team and Delivery is excellent.

This fridge is a replacement that our local store manager approved for us. We waited 6 months for our Samsung to be repaired by the bestbuy warranty program. The technicians would not show up for appointments and our local bestbuy took control and did right by us. So far I have no complaints and this fridge has been great. We were told that kitchenaid makes reliable products and I can state from working with a competitor I never have calls about defective kitchenaid appliances. Looking to have many years with this fridge.

Love the KitchenAid French Door Refrigerator. Plenty of Space, ease of use, great lighting. Good quality. Completes my KitchenAid appliance suite. Looks great.
