If I have to complain about one thing, it’s how the doors close. You cannot close both refrigerator doors at the same time without them banging together.

Ice maker is junk

Everything else on it is 5 star. I have never owned such a useless ice maker. It will make ice like it should keeping the bin full for a week or two then it goes on strike for days without making ice with an empty bin for days... very dissapointed.

The french doors are functional and look great. The shelf layout made us rethink how we'd store things, but is functional once you adjust. The measured water dispenser really works and is a nice feature. We've recommended this fridge to others. Biggest gripe is the freezer handle bar set screw tends to loosen after a few weeks so we tighten it regularly.

Had repairman out for two hours and could not figure out what’s wrong. Now he is trying to troubleshoot directly with KitchenAid what is wrong with this $3,000 piece of junk!
