One of the techs wasn't strong enough and they damaged the hardwood stairway and put a dent in the frig. Another one was ordered and delivered on 8/9/22. Installing it wasn't any issue, but they didn't fully unpack and inspect the interior. There was a tray and a drawer that were defective. The parts were ordered but received the correct tray but also got 2 trays and 2 drawers for a different model. I called in and they said to deliver them to the local store. At the store they had no idea what to do. I still need a drawer. At this point I am requesting a discounted price for all problems we have gone through. Thankyou
