    I thought I was buying a quality product from a reputable brand. Unfortunately, I have had several quality issues with LED lighting and ventilation control actuators. Frustrating when you cannot seem to spend enough money to buy something as technologically complex a lousy refrigerator. LED lights should last the LIFETIME of the unit. going on the 3rd replacement in 18 months.

    We found two dents on the refrigerator not due to the installation. I have called three times to resolve the matter waiting for 45 minutes each time I called. We chose to take a $400 credit because we were not able to replace the frig with the same model. We waited for our gift card. It did not come. We called again and now there is no record of the agreement we reached. We are waiting for a response from a supervisor. Very disappointed with the customer service.

    Well came w missing screws so couldn’t install outside handles and a broken fruit drawer w a tiny piece of duck tape we didn’t see until the drawer started to sag. Two months in its running good and love the space.

    Excellent installation by Geek Squad. Easy to clean and enjoy having both ice and water separate slots. Found that we can still get water and ice while opening right side of refrigerator which stopped our previous brand.

    You all can read your notes and then publish that you had bungled the warranty and had to replace my fridge no charge.

    Got it home and removed factory packing only to discovered right side door had a whirlpool logo on it and inside that door were three Whirlpool handles factory wrapped instead of the distinctive round Kitchenaid type. Lower freezer door had Kitchenaid logo as it should be. Water filter was missing as well. Called Kitchenaid and two weeks later the correct pull handles were installed. Was promised a water filter would be sent via FedEx and have not received that yet! Huge quality control and customer service issues in my experience. You may want to avoid. Best Buy not at fault.

    Refrigerator is good. LG refrigerator replaces only lasted 7 years. Hopefully this Kitchenaid refrigerator will last longer. Sales people as Best Buy very helpful. Delivery was ok. It went on sale after purchased and was given the lower price

    So far I am very pleased with my purchase. Love the ice maker and water dispenser as I don’t have to open the door to get them which helps the fridge not to work as hard to keep things cold. Love the print shield as it looks pristine

    The worst unit to buy. I have owned it for two years and nothing but trouble. I have had ASI come six times to repair it and have been un sucessfull. Ice is never available. The water dispenser keeps pooling water. The seals on the door do not seal. All these have been changed and still same issues.

    Frig is good, but...

    Well, the frig looks nice. But the filter they sent me DID NOT WORK. I called and it was like I was speaking Greek. Shouldn’t be that hard to get a replacement filter for something that didn’t work out of the box. I bought a filter from Amazon and got it working 2 days later. BUT WHY DID I HAVE TO BUY A FILTER WHEN THE ONE YOU SENT DIDNT WORK? Not acceptable.

    We are still in our kitchen remodel but it’s going to look so good in our kitchen. We got all Kitchenaid and so ready to entertain in our new kitchen when complete. The fridge is so sleek and live how the bottom portion is the freezer.

    Garbage Refrigerator. We bought 3700$ for this product after purchasing a new house. We were happy to do that as a very good purchase. But after 6 months the compressor stopped working. We called Customer service and after 10 days they send someone to repair. after one month again the new compressor has a lot of noise. you can hear that when you sit in the hall room. it is not making ice !! between the freezer and refrigerator is water which shows the rubber is not fixed. Do NOT waste Your money on this Brand.

    This is the best in all my years a machine that works outstanding to keep foods fresh from wilting in the crisper and ( i call it a real freeze) to keep my favorite ice cream and meats well.
