Well, the frig looks nice. But the filter they sent me DID NOT WORK. I called and it was like I was speaking Greek. Shouldn’t be that hard to get a replacement filter for something that didn’t work out of the box. I bought a filter from Amazon and got it working 2 days later. BUT WHY DID I HAVE TO BUY A FILTER WHEN THE ONE YOU SENT DIDNT WORK? Not acceptable.

We are still in our kitchen remodel but it’s going to look so good in our kitchen. We got all Kitchenaid and so ready to entertain in our new kitchen when complete. The fridge is so sleek and live how the bottom portion is the freezer.

This is the best in all my years a machine that works outstanding to keep foods fresh from wilting in the crisper and ( i call it a real freeze) to keep my favorite ice cream and meats well.

Second one of these beauties I purchased and it makes my food cold. Big plus is that it keeps it cold. So, you could say im a pretty big fan.

Outstanding value. Interior large and layout very flexible. Only complaint was I was unable to use one of the large door shelves--given the height of the items to be stored on the shelves, couldn't fit one of the large shelves in the door.

Fridge is great so far. The only issue was dealing with Best Buy on the fridge we had delivered before this one.

Perfect finish to our new home and kitchen. Kitchen Aid is the only way to go. The French Doors and lower freezer are ideal for our kitchen space and allows my wife to bake her goods and freeze them on large size pans. Bravo!!

My family has thoroughly enjoyed the fridge. The product is quality, but was a bit disappointed the delivery guys would only drop it off outside the house because of COVID. I had to get some help to move it which was annoying. The product was quality though.

Great family refrigerator! Holds a lot in the ice machine and water dispenser is very high tech. I would highly recommend.

Still pending delivery, but love the way they look and they feel heavy duty compared to other brands.

DO NOT BUY KITCHENAID REFRIGATORS!! Purchased 12/22. Product Motor & Fan (Cooling Operation) stopped working 12/24. Only 2 years!!! Whirlpool Service Tech explained...1) this is common and not surprising, 2) he is finding this more and more, 3) Whirlpool products will only last 5-7 years, 4) there are better products on the market 5) always buy the extended warranty. Remember - this is from a Whirlpool representative. Company was not responsive...warranty lasts only 1 year. Don't spend $3K thinking you will avoid problems with refrigs that are half the price. Save your money.

Extremely disappointed. We purchased KitchenAid because their products are high quality. Ice maker after about a month started leaking water froze everything up around the ice bin. Had service look at it a couple times and parts were not available at the time had to wait for 3 months. Finally had to call KitchenAid and they took action for me and made everything right.

Besides the interior space layout which is very comfortable, and the simple clean, elegant exterior, the water and ice station is well designed and easier to operate than other refrigerators I've owned from other manufacturers.

So I have had this fridge since April 15, 2022, about 9 months in, on January 27, 2023 it stops cooling all together. Initially I noticed the ice maker was leaking, then about a day later I noticed both the refrigerator and freezer stopped working. Well lucky for me I got the extended warranty through geek squad right? Well I was under the impression that they would come and fix it no matter what happened for the period of time I purchased the warranty. (At least that's what I was told) Well I contacted geek squad only to find out that they said I had been lied to, and that the first year has to be serviced through the manufacture. Also keep in mind that even though they don't service the fridge the first year, it still starts the "protection plan" the day you purchase your appliance. Anyways I contacted the manufacturer and the stones day they could give me was a week later, so all my food went bad, and here I am a week later with a broken fridge. I did not have any power outages or any thing out of the normal happen at my house. I'm upset at the fact that this fridge didn't even make it a full year. The fridge looks great with all of my matching appliances, it just doesn't work. Honestly just go with the whirlpool one I would say. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.

I am not happy with his refrigerator at all. Whenever I open it it has water inside of it and They will not take it back. Kitchen aid is a good brand but I got a lemon.

Not worth it the Ice maker is slow and it sounds like a shotgun when it dumps ice

Initially skeptical based on previous reviews. The fridge is everything we hoped for. Sleek, gorgeous, efficient. Glad we went with our gut. Fingers crossed it will last. Got the extra geek squad just in case.

While the first people who came over to install it just dropped it off due to a plastic water line, the 2nd people who came over were amazing. Breanna and Matt from geek squad also helped remedy the situation
