The delivery people won’t even bring them in. They unpack it and say it has to go back. I will never buy a large appliance from Best Buy ever again. We will see how fridge #4 fares.

This refrigerator is well made and spacious. There are plenty of storage options inside and the price was within my budget.

This refrigerator has it all with tons of space to spare. The ice maker in the door, huge freezer and lots of drawer space. It also has a nice sliding tray for putting flat items without taking up unnecessary amounts of space.

I have nothing but problems with this refrigerator and Kitchenaid keeps sending out techs who can't fix it. My fridge is a lemon, the refrigerator part keeps freezing up some of my food and they keep sending techs and now trying to sell me an extended warranty.

Had the more expensive version and it was nothing but problems for 5 years. Had to chip ice out of the drawers, replace the motherboard etc. This one? It’s 1 month old and it hums incessantly. Literally all day and night it hums loudly. It also makes a sound every few hours that resembles a phone ringing. So much so, I’ll check my phone sometimes to see if it’s calling someone.

Refrigerator months late to deliver.

I ordered this in August and it showed "delivery as soon as" sometime in September. Well, it is November 14th and I still can't schedule delivery as apparently you still do not have inventory. Would be extremely nice if you would send updates of when you will have this item back in stock or offer a comparable substitute. It is not often that people order these things and don't need them for months.

EXTREMELY frustrating and disappointing considering we paid over 3K for this model. Warranty is only 1 year so we are out thousands of dollars for either repair or a new fridge. Not buying KitchenAid ever again.
