Service call is 2 weeks out. Never again will i buy KitchenAid. Buyer beware

March 23rd woke up to water all over my hardwood and a defrosted freezer/fridge. 3 giant trash bags later I am without a fridge and Best Buy is offering no assistance and just pointing me to kitchenaid.

But I’m upgrading all my appliances and did a lot of research. Love this new Fridge. I like Kitchenade Products. They back their products and excellent customer service. The redesigning oh this new model isn’t much bigger on the inside, but there’s more door space for storing and ice maker more compact, but we never run out. Seemingly holds more than my older model. Great delivery service, polite and cautious. Highly recommend

Third party Best Buy delivery. Forced old and new refrigerator through standard size door frame opening with out removing rfridge doors as other company’s have done in past. When asked why , they stated they were not trained to do so ! Would not recommend getting delivery or removal service EVER !

The LED lighting gives a good view of all the contents. The ice maker is tucked away not taking up too much room in the refrigerator. We love it.
