We noticed some defects and requested an exchange. The replacement came with dents too. Today they brought another one and it was OPEN-BOX and had defects too. Now we're scheduled once again for Wednesday and really suspect it'll be free of problems this time. So it was supposed to make my wife happy but they turned it into a nightmare. Btw I don't have any problems with the quality of the product, in general I'll rate it over 4 out of 5 (the material quality of the drawers is a bit low compared to what you pay.) I'm really disappointed with the service I get.

I don't like that it takes a whole day to get ½ a bucket of ice, and the bucket is very small. There is no way to get "extra ice", as in the last refer. I cannot have the humidity different on the drawers; the finish is NOT fingerprint finished. It's as bad as the stainless steel finishes. The stupid "pizza" thing in the middle of the freezer drawer should be able to be removed ... NOPE, I have to work around it. I wish there had been better choices available. And, for what we paid for it, I'm VERY dissappointed.

Great refrigerator, if you can get it to work....

I had to go to Best Buy and exchange for another water filter. It took about another 3 to 4 gallons before the water cleared up. But it’s great now.

Control board broke within 5 months

This means that the fridge and the freezer can't keep temperature and the lights keep flashing on and off. As a fun bonus, geek squad cannot service Whirlpool/Kitchenaid fridges while they're under their manufacturer's warranty, even though you have to pay for it, and the Whirlpool service line is only open Monday through Friday. Fridge started malfunctioning the Friday of memorial Day weekend, so if I'm lucky I might get somebody out next week. In the meantime I've lost almost $500 worth of food.
