Scuses came and ended up cacelling the order and buying it at homedepot.

When the manufacturer offers only a one-year warranty, I wish I had noticed this! The dishwasher just broke. I bought it 15 months ago. So I am out of luck. Even GE stinks now. So you should prepare for a breakdown by purchasing the product with the best guarantee.

Refrigerator just arrived.

By February of 2023 (8 months) the condenser went out. After working through the warranty process with KitchenAid/Whirlpool, the part(s) to fix the unit is on back order indefinitely. According the the service technician this has been a known issue since Sept. 2022.

The drain in the back was clogged and caused water to the ice maker to back up. The repairman suggested whirlpool. I searched for product and everyone was out. I found Best Buy was less than Lowe’s and HD. The delivery was before the estimated date and on time. Great Experience!

I have owned Kitchen Aid appliance for over 20 years this is the first time I have been totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this brand

Terrible Ice Maker design.

The Kitchenaid ice maker is THE Worst design possible. We ve had it 7 months and the ice maker stopped working. Go figure.

less than a year in, computer controls not working

BROKE IN 6 WEEKS - 3 WEEKS IN NO ETA FOR REPAIR

Our brand new fridge stopped working after 6 weeks and we’ve been waiting for 3 weeks now. WE have an infant and no fridge so nowhere to store breast milk during a formula shortage.. called multiple times and nobody can give us an ETA or seems to care.. You should be ashamed KitchenAid!!!

Delivery process sucks
