I really thought Kitchenaid was better than this. We are really disappointed.

Sounds like a control board issue - perfect timing for Thanksgiving. I won't buy KitchenAid again.

DID NOT NOTICE UNTIL SEVERAL DAYS LATER WHEN MY HUSBAND POINTED IT OUT. THE REFRIGERATOR ITSELF AND ONE SMALL DIMPLE THAT I DIDNT FEEL WORTH TO REPLACE ENTIRE ITEM. YOU REALLY NEED BETTER QUALITY CONTROL ON YOUR SERVICES.

Nice fridge

Ice maker works well although the angle to engage the dispenser is a little unusual. Not a problem but it takes some time to get used to since it’s different than our last KitchenAid.

Broke down not cooling. Had to throw away food. Worst purchase yet. 3300 worth of hog poop. Im depending on my 15 year old Kenmore in my garage to hold my food until tech comes out to “fix” this pile of junk
