Love my new refrigerator love the drawers love the different shelves very self efficient. The freezer is very huge holes. A lot of stuff fits in the right space

Seems like a very good product. I have enjoyed my refrigerator up to now.

I looked for this refrigerator for several months after researching KitchenAid Refrigerators. I like how the interior light coverage leaves no dark areas. The two bins with auto humidity are great for storing fruits or vegetables; while the pull-out tray is temperature adjustable for Fish/Meat to deli/cheese or wine. Door controls are easy to use, allowing adjustments for temperature, measured water fill, water filter usage, max ice, max cool, vacation mode, control lock and turn off cooling. The Printshield finish is easy to keep clean, just wipe it down and it looks just like new.

I previously had a Kitchen Aid Refrigerator and it was wonderful and lasted for 18 years. No problems with water or ice. However, It was starting to slow down so I decided to replace. I thought about upgrading but then I remembered how reliable my current refrigerator was. I chose this 27 cubic feet french door model and I am delighted. it is quiet and the food is perfectly chilled. There is an abundance of freezer space with the ability to separate. I was worried about freezer storage as I had a side by side unit. I do not miss it at all.

I love this refrigerator. So much space and love the ability to adjust door shelf heights. It’s a very nice looking appliance. One thing that could be improved on is the time it takes to replenish the ice bin to refill if emptied.

From delivery (which went off without a hitch) to setting up and using this refrigerator, this experience was great. The fridge itself is amazing. We were using a side by side for years. Having the french doors on the top makes is super easy to store all your groceries. Concerned about the freezer space? Don't be! There is plenty of freezer space and then you find the extra drawer giving you even more. You will have to set things up a bit differently, but there is more than enough space (there's even a frozen pizza slot).

LOVE THIS FRIDGE, its huge and feels fancy. most fridges are about 20 cu ft, this one is almost 30!

So far so good but the one main fault of this fridge is the water temperature out of the dispenser does not come out cold. Per the manual it says the water will not come out “ice cold” which is fine but it does say the water will come out “chilled”. If you consider 65° water “chilled” then you’ll be fine with this. And yes it is literally 65° as measured by a thermometer. So needless to say the ice maker has been used quite often to actually “chill” the water. Other than that I’m happy with it.

Great fridge but a little noisy. We have had this fridge for 6 months now. Very spacious and has tons of available room. It does make some tapping noises that can be annoying at night.

pros - High quality product. Way better than any other brand besides Bosch. Worth the money if you have it. Cons - I have a RO system in my kitchen and use the water in the refrigerator and have removed the water filter since it does no additional good. I wish you could turn off the reminder for the water filter replacement since it beeps every time I use water. Makes weird knocking noises but I’ve read that’s just the new version of Freon and that’s just the way it is. Not that big of a deal.

Really like our new refrigerator. It is really a printshield, but not printless finish. Which means you can leave fingerprints on it, but they are lighter than usual, and taking a microfiber cloth to wipe over it quickly removes the prints and makes it look new again. I like the functionality of the shelves, everything worked out just right. The freezer drawers made it really easy to organize as well. So far, we are really pleased with our purchase.

Only had this new fridge a month but I love it. Quieter than old Whirlpool & so much room!! Drawer shelf, deli tray drawer, half retractable shelf for taller stuff, many adjustable bins & shelves... All this makes a very flexible & usable fridge. Also like ice maker on door so I can use more of shelf space, but I don't need much ice anyway. And I love the door dispenser for water with measured amount & room for taller containers. Very helpful!!

Works great, it does make an occasional noise when the water is filling the ice but our house is not quite so we don’t hear it often.

So far we're very pleased with the lighting inside and the roominess. Really like the door storage. So far so good!!!

This is our first French door refrigerator. The handles on this refrigerator was a selling factor for me. I thought they looked like professional appliances and would look nice in our newly remodeled kitchen. I really like the outside water and ice feature. It allows you to see how many ounces of water is poured. I will say the buttons are a bit hard to push in. The refrigerator has plenty of space inside. The freezer has a nice capacity too. So far so good.

I love this refrigerator! My only complaint is that I feel it doesn’t make enough ice. It comes with a bucket for the freezer. We make ice and dump it. I still wish it dropped more though.

I love this fridge. I like that the freezer is a bottom drawer. I like that the refrigerator has everything on wide shelves where we can see everything. I like the smaller ice cubes that work better in a standard glass. I like that the water filter is in the top of the appliance instead of next to the floor. I like the LED lighting. But then, I'm comparing it to my 21 year old relic it's replacing...

Have had this for about a month now and it works as described. Love the size of it. Only issue I would say is the size of the ice maker in the door.
