Best Buy great KitchenAid not so great

It works intermittently you could give me half a tray or no tray. Having to get KitchenAid out to look at it is a two week plus process. Best Buy is exchanging the refrigerator in less than four days. Kudos to Best Buy not so much for KitchenAid

Black marks under manufacturer's blue tapes.

My sales person was able to get the drawers ordered for me but they are back ordered so we haven't received them yet.

parts problem

This fridge was definitely an upgrade all around. It has tons of interior space and storage. The inside shelves and drawers are made of much sturdier quality materials. Unfortunately my item was dented upon arrival, but it is still beautiful.

Kitchen Aid Refridgerator

I have owned it for two years and nothing but trouble. I have had ASI come six times to repair it and have been un sucessfull. Ice is never available. The water dispenser keeps pooling water. The seals on the door do not seal. All these have been changed and still same issues.
