DO NOT BUY KITCHENAID REFRIGATORS!! Purchased 12/22. Product Motor & Fan (Cooling Operation) stopped working 12/24. Only 2 years!!! Whirlpool Service Tech explained...1) this is common and not surprising, 2) he is finding this more and more, 3) Whirlpool products will only last 5-7 years, 4) there are better products on the market 5) always buy the extended warranty. Remember - this is from a Whirlpool representative. Company was not responsive...warranty lasts only 1 year. Don't spend $3K thinking you will avoid problems with refrigs that are half the price. Save your money.

While the first people who came over to install it just dropped it off due to a plastic water line, the 2nd people who came over were amazing. Breanna and Matt from geek squad also helped remedy the situation

Believe it or not the best part was the deliver guy’s. These two young men were the best of the best If this refrigerator works like they do I won’t have any issues.

Perfect, except one scratch on one of the plastic interior door holders, Refrigerator was not in a box when delivered to my garage, but was wrapped very well. Love the Refrigerator, my salesgirl was AWESOME TOO!

Extremely disappointed, as own other KitchenAid appliances. Within the first day condensation was showing on everything rubber seal.cleaned and made sure every rubber seal was dry and the next morning the condensation was there. Ice maker never started working. Suppose they’re smudge proof stainless steel, not so. Showed everything. On day 5 exchanged KitchenAid for a different brand.

I have been waiting on Ashley to contact me to get the sound bar I ordered and the vent hood corrected. It is near impossible to get through in the first place and to get them to call back? No. I have been into the store, talked to Shawn, in which was nice at the time, but has yet to take care of the problem either. I loved the in home consultation but after the products were sold, the experience has been poor, to say the least. The KitchenAid refridgerator has had to have the doors realigned twice and are still not straight. and the stove came dented and scratched. They did replace, but it was another inconvenience. And, my television has to be turned all of the way up to hear because I was sold one that I have to have a sound bar to hear it well. I do not have it a month later.

Housing around water filter was cracked upon delivery.

Nice refrigerator but terrible ice maker. It does not make very much ice or cery fast. Freezes up and needs work after first year.

All great, and installed on time and complete. The two guys were courteous and professional, The refrigerator doors had to be removed and reinstalled. All good!

I like it. Great easy to use, i recomende to my friends my fanily.

We bought this one first, but after more research, decided on the LG model instead. We have a KA dishwasher and like the brand, but this fridge just seemed a little too basic. One negative was the inside door shelves were small and the bottom ones were hard to get to. We love the LG we got.

I was quite disappointed at the door shelves, some of which are not usable and the shelf arrangement. I have had a series of Kitchenaid refrigerators and have never had this issue.

KitchenAid products are hard to beat unless you want to pay more than double elsewhere for commercial products.

I love my refrigerator. It is stunning, spaceous ,& energy saving. & food stays fresher longer . I have recieved so many compliments.

I love the refrigerator and all of the functions. The ice and water both seem slow, but that may be due to other issues at my pump.

Icemaker is very noisy. french doors sometimes stay open and the is no alarm to notify that the door is still open.
