Two service repairs in 14 months

By the time we called for a follow up to the remaining parts too much time had lapsed and we didn't qualify for them to replace the parts anymore. The fridge ran fine for a few months. Second malfunction was believed to be the fan motor. They ordered parts and ghosted us for over a month. We're using a cooler for a fridge for 10 days the first time and are on day 2 of 7-10 now the second time. We love everything else about this fridge. Not a single other complaint. But this is two repairs needed in less than 2 years.

Returned it and bought a LG. Great purchase. Would have loved to buy American but was left disappointed.
