    BEST BUY IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I received a product that doesn’t work, they came and set it up and it felt a little cool. We added our groceries in there and turns out it was defective and ALL my food spoiled!! I will never work with Best Buy again!!

    Complete garbage they are not fixing my fridge had to buy a new one from another company that would service. Fridge went bad on day one and best buy wont do anything. Im contacting my local media

    Did not work well for us. Had to get it serviced multiple times before ultimately returning it.

    Planned Obsolescence

    Have had it for just over a year and "Planned Obsolescence" is kicking in. Door handles are coming loose and ice maker/water dispenser are failing. At least I didn't waste money on the "Extended Warranty" that would be up by now. At least I didn't buy a Samsung, my brother did and the auto defrost burned out in less than a year and he found out that the 5 year sealed system warranty that used to be an industry standard was only 30 days for Samsung and the defrost is not repairable.

    After 1 year 3 months stopped working. called for my 2 year warrantee had to pay $107 for a tech to come diagnose problem...appointment is 12 days to come out in the San Antonio area.

    I had 2 service calls and thank god it was in the manufactures warranty. Stay tune and let’s see how total tech handles future issues

    Don’t buy a Kitchen Aid refrigerator from Best Buy

    I purchased this fridge in May 2023 and I’m on my 2nd repair and service ticket already. Best Buy doesn’t service the appliances themselves they farm you out to someone else. I’m very dissatisfied with my $3000 refrigerator and I see a long future of repairs and disappointment with this kitchen aid fridge. Not happy , try another dealership you won’t get and customer service from Best Buy

    Multiple things broke within the first 6 months. Despite having a 5 year total protection warranty, I have had to wait over a month (with no working refrigerator) to get my repairs done since we have to go with the manufacturers warranty the first year. I have never had an appliance fail this quickly. BEWARE…not worth the extra cost. Go simple.

    Loud ice maker and overall cheap looking. Flimsy drawers and plastic freezer. KitchenAid has really went down hill. Have had a month and absolutely hate it.

    WARNING do not buy this fridge! First one we ordered we noticed a large sound from compressor. Swapped it out. Problem was the same but lived with. EXACTLY ONE YEAR LATER the fridge has stopped working. Dont waste your money. So disappointed
