Refrigerator was delivered damaged I called in and told them I would keep the damaged one for a discount they tell me $200.00 I said no they told me go to the store ask for a manager I did that and was given a phone number which is the same number I called. Why can’t you call and get a responsible mgr rather than a lazy manager.

I had a terrible experience with Best Buy's delivery service. They canceled my scheduled delivery without informing me and rescheduled it for three days later. Their lack of professionalism and insensitivity to the food storage issue they created was unacceptable. Since I had moved out of my previous residence, I had no way to store my food. They promised to reimburse me for the spoiled food but later denied my claim. I will never do business with a company that disrespects its customers and shows little regard for their needs. Shame on you, Best Buy!

We bought this refrigerator from the Outlet as an unused model. Everything about it has been great! Things we love: The center drawer; the large capacity ice maker; the less confusing ice/water dispenser (compared to our previous unit which was confusing); the shelf space in the main fridge; the pizza slot in the freezer; there is plenty of room in the remaining tiers of the freezer. What could be improved: the water dispenser is far enough forward that in some cases, you can't press the vessel against the switch while having the opening of said vessel under the spout. We have to press the switch behind while watching for where the water is coming out. Not a deal breaker by any means!

We purchased this refrigerator a little bit over a month ago and its been a total disappointment. The ice maker leaks water into the refrigerator, requiring constant clean up. It’s an exhausting cycle of drying the inside of the fridge only to find puddles of water 20-30 minutes later. We called kitchen aid service over 2 weeks ago and nobody has been out to repair it yet. I even encountered a rude customer service rep on my second call. Would definitely not recommend this fridge, not worth the $2700 we paid.

Manufactured with cheap materials that are falling apart. Ice maker stop making ice after 7 months and the fridge not cooling according to the temperature display on the screen.

I was delivered a defective refrigerator on Jan 16. I was told by your rep I would be credited back everything in 48 hours. I had to call again today because nothing has been done and was told they never processed it so it’s been a week and I can’t buy a refrigerator because of this error. I did receive some of my rewards back today but there are still some rewards that have not been credited back. This has been a disappointing experience. I shop a lot at Best Buy and am not sure if I will buy my refrigerator here because if this experience.

They sent two kids to install this fridge that had no idea what they were doing. I had to install the water connection. Then one week later the handle fell off the middle door due to improper installation. DO NOT HAVE BESTBUY INSTALL ANYTHING

Within 100 days ice maker stopped making ice. Called kitchen aid, there is two weeks waiting just to call you back.

I love this refrigerator. It is room where I can see everything from front to back. The middle drawer is perfect for storing everyone's favorite soda pops. There is also ample room and love the configuration (2-drawers) in the freezer section. Not to forget the front panel where there is ease of access for ice and water. All in all, I am very pleased with our new refrigerator.

Love love love love this refrigerator. Now mind you, we've only had it for a month...so down the road something mechanically could go. Be that as it is we love the fit and finish of the product. The drawers slide rather easily. The organizational aspects of the layout is tremendous. The interior lights of the refrigerator and the freezer are phenomenal. We can not recommend this product strongly enough. And mind you, we looked and compared and evaluated multiple refrigerators in this price range and we're extremely happy with our purchase.

Refrigerator is extremely nice, Stainless steel on the outside does not smudge like my old LG did. The only draw back on the refrigerator is that the freezer and the other drawer does not slide shut very easily. Other than that this is a top notch refrigerator so far.
