KitchenAid is simply the best. Clean lines, great features.

Exterior is really well done. We like the appearance, especially the handles. The stainless seems to be easier to clean than our previous stainless fridge. Food is nice and cold throughout and well organized. Enjoy the LED lighting inside and plenty of freezer space for our family of 5. The water and ice dispenser seem to work better than our previous fridge.

I got this fridge from best buy and was very excited to receive delivery after a 2 month wait period. But I was met with disappointment after disappointment. Started with the delivery date. I had scheduled a delivery and completed my checklist weeks in advance, but randomly they cancelled it on the day of. Then, they rescheduled the delivery for 3 days later, which also they delivered 4 hours outside of their delivery window. And the kicker, at the time of the delivery, their guy checked delivery and installation as complete, even though he wasn't near by. Atleast 40 miles away per the tracker. Then, 24 hours later, the fridge hasn't even cooled a degree. It's at room temperature and all my food has been spoilt. I called geek squad for a service, but they said they cannot show till 3 days later and the best thing to do was exchange. And then later the same day, someone showed up, barely waited for 30 seconds at the front door and just left. Then I see they had rescheduled the appointment to same day and cancelled the exchange appointment. Absolutely zero communication, no follow up, no service. Right now, this is a waste of my money. Never again, will I get a major appliance from best buy. I highly recommend other's the same.

So far so good everything working as it should much quieter than our other GE refrigerator!!

Nice but have a problem with my freezer door. Tech has been called and we will see if gets work.

Nice finish and sleek design. Lager inside than appears. Ice and water in the door.

Not only is the outside sleek, but the interior gives you a lot of space. The freezer section is well designed with the different trays, allowing ease of finding items. The door has a big and tall section making it easy to use large bottles and pitchers.

I bought this Kitchen Aid refrigerator and it is roomy enough for all our groceries, juices, etc… It has water filter that helps keep my watered filtered and a good taste I might say for myself. I highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone 100%

I like it but the price is a little too high. The doors don't open at 90 degree angle.

Excellent product, I loved it as its spacious and working as expected.

This refrigerator is a very attractive looking appliance. However it is also very LOUD. There is a constant popping noise that sounds like popcorn. Also, the ice maker is extremely loud when filling up (But at least that only happens periodically). I contacted Best Buy and even though this product is only 78 days old and I have the extended protection plan through BB, they want to charge me to come out to fix it. I have also contacted Kitchenaid(Whirlpool) to see what they say, but nothing yet. If they come out and fix it without issue, I will change my review rating.

This was the fist piece of our kitchen remodel of our appliances . We wanted the KitchenAid brand because of the durability and quality that goes into products. whit a house full of children along with our grand children our refrigerator is the center of the kitchen. We have been nothing but happy with our purchase .

I love this new refigerator. I was surprised at how much food the frezer section holds compared to my older appliance, despite the fact that the freezer section is a slight bit less than my old one. The smarter design makes it far more useful and easy to find items even when it is well stoked.

Nice refrigerator. Love feature that sets how many ounces water to dispense. Good size freezer - I was concerned I was losing space compared to my previous side-by-side. No complaints to date except some of the tape on the pull out shelf is very hard to remove.

Does any one make a ice dispenser where the ice ends up in the glass and not the floor?

I purchased this Kitechn aid fridge along with few other appliances from Bestbuy and had it delivered to my home. When I installed the fridge I noticed it had side byside shelves that were not aligning properly even though they were on the same holes. It had broken rails for the drawer cabinets and the freezer section had some other broken piece in addition to it causing some condensation on my freezer door. In any case, I have a call into KA today to see what they can do. I have a 3 year extended warranty via the Best buy and they told me to go through KA support as first year is part of the manufacture warranty period. This was news to me as when BB sold me these appliances they had said, I was just a call away to their Geek squad for any support during the extended warranty. Eitherway, this is a lemon and I want KA/BB to swap this fridge with no questions asked.
