Noisy fridge

The cooling component rattles so loud and so frequent. I simply just open the fridge and it kicks in and starts rattling. Repair tech came and said that's normal as a flapper has to open from the freezer to cool the fridge.

BEST INSIDE DESIGN

My husband wishes the cold cut drawer would also open 50/50 as the veggie drawers so you would only have to open 1 frig door at a time. That is the only time and reason for opening both doors otherwise we only open one door at a time.

I have called three times to resolve the matter waiting for 45 minutes each time I called. We chose to take a $400 credit because we were not able to replace the frig with the same model. We waited for our gift card. It did not come. We called again and now there is no record of the agreement we reached. We are waiting for a response from a supervisor. Very disappointed with the customer service.
