This refrigerator was delivered less than a week ago and it is already giving us problems. The ice maker is not producing ice and is leaking on the interior of the fridge. We have tested the water pressure and that is fine. Best Buy is replacing it with the same fridge in hopes that the next one works. Very frustrating for such an expensive product!!!!

We are very pleased with the purchase of this refrigerator. We were a little concerned after reading some of the other reviews. We haven't experienced any problems so far. It's not noisy at all, you can hardly hear it run. Yes, the ice cubes are small but very solid and dense. They last just as long as larger cubes, you just have to use more of them. The ice maker has kept up on the max ice setting. I do wish that the max ice setting would stay on all the time after setting, but you have to reset it every 24hrs. The space is much more than the side by side that we had for the last 22yrs, which was also a KitchenAid. My husband thought I would hate the bottom freezer, but I love it. I think I've said it all. Very happy! We did take the expensive 5yr warranty just in case.

Love my new refrigerator love the drawers love the different shelves very self efficient. The freezer is very huge holes. A lot of stuff fits in the right space

With the lack of options available for quick delivery, this is the one our family chose. We've been happy with the storage and like the overall design. So far, this has been the best fridge we've owned.

Spacious, easy to open and close, sturdy and over all ease of use and food quality.

Thus far the refrigerator is a pleasant surprise albeit smaller than our previous Kenmore Elite made by LG. The interior space is well designed and does not appear to loose too much storage space. We love the LED lights and loads of extra features on the door such as measured water pour, etc. One feature we thought we would miss is our Grab and Go door but surprising this too has proven to not to be terribly missed since it makes up by other nice features including the pocket door in the freezer. Overall our new KitchenAid fits better in our carved out location.

Other than some installation issues with Geek squad it has been fine. Make sure you check that it’s leveled. Feels well built. Stays clean and like that fingerprints rarely show up. Would like to see a Insignia branded water filter fit it in the future.

Love the look of this refrigerator. Easy to use. I've read a few reviews about being loud making ice, but I've not experienced it. The inside isn't as spacious and laid out as well as first thought. The freezer drawer very roomy. Would highly recommend this refrigerator.

The stainless steal finish is awesome with the printshield. The size easily handles a family of 4's needs for grocery space. Ice machine works perfectly. Freezer space is ample enough to handle all our needs. So far so good.

Seems like a very good product. I have enjoyed my refrigerator up to now.

So far so good with the refrigerator, no problems. That said, there are a few annoyances: You must open both doors to pull a couple of drawers out, seems it would have been better if these drawers were split. The ice bin is half the size of our old Whirlpool refrigerator, although they give you a bin for the freezer. Finally, our new home has very loud acoustics until we get some throw rugs put down, floors are all plank tile. There seems to be a higher pitched hum or noise than I’m used to. Otherwise the refrigerator is working well, and seems well built.

Our old 1998 Kitchenaid refrigerator lasted 22 years.lots of space love the bottom freezer. Still haven't gotten used to storing everything. Hoping to have as good of service as our 1st.kitchenaid frig. Love the space

So far so good. I really do like it. Only gave 4 stars because there is a dent in the door - not noticeable unless at a certain angle & the middle section interior where the shelves hook is slightly bent. Everything else is great. Storage, ice and water and it looks amazing! Called Best Buy and they will be refunding a percentage.

Have had it less than 1 month but has not given us any troubles so far. Refrigerator is roomy and elegant looking.

I love the room this fridge has. It is not completely fingerprint-resistant but not as bad as most stainless steel appliances. The only two things I wish it had (which my previous GE profile had) are the express chill/dethaw feature and a quick ice feature when you run out of ice.

We purchased the Kitchen Aid refrigerator for several reasons. First, it is the same brand as all of our other kitchen appliances when we did our remodel in 2010. Second, not only do we like the look, but the interior lighting and shelving is really nice and convenient.

Works great till it works. We just got this KitchenAid refrigerator in March 2022 and now (in less than 2 months May 2022) ice maker stops working with E5 error
