It is a nice refrigerator. However during installation the water line was kinked. It took awhile to get the line replaced and to be able to use the ice and water dispenser.

I bought this open box so my opinion might be a little skewed, but I found this to be a great value for the money, and a major improvement over my prior fridge. The faux wood pull out shelf was a little more plastic-y than I had imagined, but I bought it sight unseen so I really can't complain. It's still nice enough to look at from a distance

Well nothing was put together inside they left cardboard and plastic inside, that has never happened before with other refrigerator delivery from any other company I have had ever! though the refrigerator is nice the inside parts are light plastic can easily be cracked. so far so good on how it works not to crazy about the weird ice cube shape. Paying to haul old one out was new too. Never was charged to haul old one away. would not buy another item from Best Buy again.

I purchased this French Dore refrigerator from Best Buy, and I wish I hadn't! The man they sent to install the unit would not install the shelves nor would he adjust the door so that when you close the doors the seals would align with the seals on the refrigerator. in addition to that when I open the door the entire unit rolls out towards me. I think when I purchase a $3000.00 appliance it should be installed and ready to be put to use.

The color is perfect and changes the look of the whole kitchen

The fridge working good so far. They told me to keep an eye if price lower down in the future and they will price matching. I call them to do so when found a cheaper price and they refuse to do it. I’m very disappointed they don’t keep promises.

You can’t go wrong with This kitchen aid model, it has everything that we wanted.
