Fridge is a fantastic upgrade from our 10 yr old Whirlpool Gold series. Much better build quality, spacious fridge and you can get ice out while filling you cup with water. The freezer isn't all that big, but who cares if you are able to keep your old fredge in the garage. Couldn't be happier so far!

Looks great - excellent refrigerator space but needs more freezer space - could use a little more space for ice as well - water and ice dispenser work very good - I would recommend it

Fridge looks and works amazing so far! Best Buy did an amazing and hassle-free install for me. I recommend the fridge and total tech support so you can get the warranty and installation included! Makes the price so much more worth it!

It is a nice refrigerator. However during installation the water line was kinked. It took awhile to get the line replaced and to be able to use the ice and water dispenser.

I like this Kitchen Aid refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. It replaced a 30-year-old refrigerator. I like that it keeps food and frozen items at the perfect temperature. I like inside set up and changeable spaces. Icemaker makes cubes quickly and the shape fits into the bottle I drink from. I like the way the surface helps with not having a lot of fingerprints and easily wiped if there are. My only concern with today's products is that it probably won't last 30-40 years as all my others have.

I finally found a refrigerator that is roomy, easy to organize and I love the little extra storage places in the door for my grandchildren to reach their favorite snacks and drinks. And the freezer, pizza box storage! And all time favorite feature is the water and ice dispenser. I get many compliments.

We love everything about this refrigerator so far. The aesthetics are great, everything functions as expected, and the service provided was great as well.

I was bummed when my frig went out but bestbuy had the best price on a new one!! It came and it is sooo nice inside. Pretty much made like my old one but way nicer:) it has a really nice large pull out tray inside that has a faux wood look around the edge. Nice updated touch to add and looks so classy! Love it

very good refrigerator overall, however the need to open both upper doors to get to the deli meat drawer is a design flaw. Since the delivery crew would not install the water line, I am still without water and ice until I hire a plumber.

This product is amazing . I love the way it is set up and the lighting is perfect not to bright. The fingerprint anti smudging is awesome.

OMG--This refrigerator is fantastic! I love the French doors that span the entire front of the frig. I also love the shelves that can expand in size when needed. The freezer is wonderful because it holds SO much food and conveniently the drawer has 2 layers--opens smoothly. This is a great buy.

Excellent service professional installation...taking old refridgerator out of house and bringing new KitchenAid refridgerator in and setting it up. They went over all the details about my new fridge and programmed the temperature and water panel. Love that I can push once to fill a glass with water and not having to keep pushing in on the button. Love my KitchenAid Refrigerator

Was a good price. Bought open box but (recertified in excellent condition) noticed after a day of having it that its missing a shelf in the door. Contacted the store imidiately i got it from and they told me im more than welcome to go to my local best buy and if they didnt have the part they could order it free of charge. Went to my local store and they didnt care at all. Explained the situation to the guy and he said well unfortunately we dont carry spare parts so im not sure what (you) can do... shouldnt be me doing anything i bought a very expensive fridge that was recertified by geeksquad and they missed that it is missing a part... i spend a good amount of money at best buy usually. but guess they think theyre the only store that sales things. Im also a total tech member and wasnt offered the free instalation or anything so really not sure why im paying a membership fee for crap service.

I love this refrigerator! It's made so well. We had a problem with a seal in the freezer but Best Buy made it right and delivered another fridge to us. It is so roomy, and better made than the Samsung we have in Florida. Great purchase, and Best Buy's delivery was spot-on

I love my new refrigerator. Plenty of room. It was a nice upgrade on my last Kitchenaid. The only thing is that it has a small ice bin.
