Took awhile to get it locked in position.

I have the larger food processor and always wanted something smaller and convenient. The product works great! No disappointment there, but when it comes to setting the container in place, it takes a lot of trying...

It can chop small items fine but don’t hold it longer than 5 seconds or everything will turn to mush. Cant chop big objects due to size so expect to chop into smaller ones first in order to fit it in.

Totally dead after pressing it many times and check the breaker panel and breaker show closed. Very disappointed with this KitchenAid food processor. Definitely not recommend to anyone.

Troubleshooting didn't help. Just happened to start using it one day after my returns window closed. Avoid this thing like the plague. Also incredibly unintuitive design with its spinning caps and base.
