I love the pasta attachments, it’s very easy to use. The other attachment fresh prep is not that great, I prefer a food processor. I tried using it to grind cheese and it did a lousy job.

A Kitchen Aid Mixer Must Have

All the pieces are of incredibly high quality, are simple to use and are a breeze to clean (which is a big plus for me because I’m in charge of dishes). I’m not the cook of the house, however I can say my wife recently made some fettuccine from scratch thanks to this kit and it made me instantly despise every other plate of fettuccine I’ve ever had.
