This version made two improvements: stainless steel rollers, and cushioning washers between the rollers and the housing. This solved the problem of black streak in the dough during pressing, and the dough being stuck at the end of the roller. Overall very happy with the new design.

Great pasta, PITA to clean

Not keto friendly
