It's really simple to use. (I've used manual pasta rollers before and the attachment is a lot easier.) You just roll the dough through the roller a few times, then use one of the cutting attachments based on which thickness you want. It's also a super fun way to make hosting a dinner party more interactive! The fresh prep slicer is awesome too! Really easy to grate cheese (there are a few different size options) as well as veggies. It's perfect for grating large quantities for carrot cake, zucchini bread, etc. It's SO much better than doing it by hand (that was usually my least favorite part about making those recipes). Great attachments and great value.
