He also helped me with another unrelated issue to get another Geek Squad agent out to our house. The 3rd party contractor that installed the cook stove top did agn exceptional job and even reset up the downdraft.

This has been a great replacement and it fits well for the size. We have had no worries at all, I’ll only say that the steel is not so stainless after all

Took a couple extra parts that we were not aware of until they came to install! Make sure you ask the salesperson every aspect of the install if you are having it installed!!

This KitchenAid is incredible. It not only works beautifully, it looks wonderful. I will never buy anything again except a KitchenAid!

We are happy with the upgrade because we love the rich look and the improved use. We are still learning the differences from the placement of our new knobs to burners.

So far well worth the price. Easy to install on own with gas connection kit from Home Depot. Only tricky area is configuring exhaust into your homes existing vent.

Looks slick and works flawlessly. The cooktop was available for pickup in two days at my local Bestbuy. Great curbside service!

Preferred continuous speed range of prior downdraft exhaust system versus 3 speed setting on this unit but overall all very pleased with the kitchenAid.

It keeps clicking, and the problem keeps coming back, very frustrating for an almost $3000 dollar gas range and nobody can seem to fix it. Disappointed with this one.
