I love the look and love the performance of this range. The only reason I am giving less than five stars is because I haven't yet used the self-clean option and don't know how well that works.

Really happy with the purchase of this range. Great designs, love the third rack that other companies don’t include. Lots of great features, only complaint is the glass cooktop gets hazy after use, and regular cleaning doesn’t leave it shiny, have to use cleaner to bring it back to its full shine

I bought this range on a whim when seeing a discounted scratch and dent model in the store. I'm absolutely in love with the oven, both space and convection. This is my first convection oven and it's been easy to use. I would give the range 4 stars. The burners are great, they heat up quickly, but the cook top is hard to keep clean. I cook often with cast iron, and even while being extremely careful, the cooktop was scratched within a week.

Absolutely amazing, well built, beautiful, surprisingly easy to use, cuts baking time in half, easy to clean, love the warming burner, can't go wrong

My gas range malfunctioned the week of Christmas. I needed to replace but was afraid to go with gas again. So we converted to electric. But the electric ranges looked cheap and the ones that did look nice had terrible reviews. So i shoppped ranges for 3 weeks before finding this one. I was hesitant to go electric but have been more than satisfied with my purchase. The convection oven is absolutely amazing. The stove top is good too. It’s not my gas range. But i feel safer knowing we don’t have to worry about a gas leak again!

Works great...easy to use...like the oven.........

The first range that was delivered had the control panel start to melt with an error message “call service “ when I turned the oven on to burn off the oil in it. Best Buy exchanged it within 5 days. The new one was delivered yesterday and the oven is all I’ve used so far. I love the appearance and am very happy with the range. I also but a KitchenAid over the range microwave with it and I love it.

Great looking appliance inside and out only thing I’m not crazy about is that it takes what feels like forever to pre heat the oven

I need to use the KitchenAid range more to have a to have a truly honest review, but the quality appears to be good and I've always been happy with Kitchen Aid applicances.

The Convection part is very poor Quality. I have had the hardest time getting things to bake correctly. I have had to adjust the time on all my baking items, cookies, breads, etc. The regular Bake works well. THE CONVECTION IS NOT RECOMMENDED. The bottom storage drawer is very flimsy and the whole stove seems to be made from a lesser quality stainless steel. The cook top knobs are backwards from what we are used to, as the LOW is on top and the HIGH is at the bottom. Would not purchase this item again if I need another stove

Great stove even though we've only had it for about three weeks. Ordered in December and then had it delayed until mid February. Rescheduled through the system for mid January before switching back to February. So supply issues aside the oven works well and is very quiet. Knobs take some getting used to as turning them to the right turns on one burner and then to the left and down to do dual burner. Also had some water spill over the edge and into the vent at the top of the door a day into ownership. Found a YouTube video that easily explained how to dismantle the door and clean both sides of the glass. Not difficult but will likely happen a few times and good to know how to clean it. Also the timer is optional when setting a cooktime and will turn the oven off when reached. Knowing this it is nice but thinking it was the other way was confusing at first. All around a great stove replacement for a 20 year old convection oven.

The stove is gorgeous and such an improvement from my old 10+ year old stove. The biggest difference is the convection capabilities and how fast the stove and oven heat up. The stainless steal is very sleek. I haven't had problems like other reviewers yet cleaning the glass stovetop, but it does take an additional cleaning product and some elbow grease. I also feel that the bottom drawer is a little flimsy and small, but we probably wont use it much. I would have given 5 stars, but my first stove arrived with dented and it was a pain to figure out how to get a replacement. I went to the store, but the store gave me a phone number to call, and I was transferred around 3 or so departments before the issue was resolved.

I really like the looks of this range plus it is very easy to use. The burners heat up super quick and the convection setting saves baking time.

My old stove worked fine, but purchased to match other new appliances. Am just getting familiar with this purchase. Like the hidden coil on the bottom ! Do NOT like the shallow drawer on the bottom, but, of, course, enjoy the larger oven and 3 racks!

Wish it came with a more thorough manual, I had to really dig to find info on how to use the Easy Convect conversion setting. It does seem to need the knob turned up higher than I was used to on my old stove to heat things, and the storage drawer is smaller than my old GE. I got a killer deal on President's Day though, so I'm not complaining.

This stove made me struggle a lot for 4 years. First of all from the top it started going stained within the first week and it didn’t matter how well taken care of I had it and treat it. Than a couple of months later within less then the first year the right front burner started malfunctioning it would heat extremely making the pot burned within seconds i called best buy they fixed it. Well like 3 months later the left front side burner did the exact same thing but worst since it was the biggest burner it would get extremly hot I called again and they came once again and supposbly fixed it well it only lasted like 2 more months amd same thing happend again it would get crazy extremly hot one again everytime well for some reason I didn’t called anymore and just kept it like that just using the other 3 burners wich made it very difficult because the smallest burners bearly got hoy enough. Well after 4 long years with that piece of garbage since from the top it is very small you can only fit 2 pots ok the fronts and that’t it no more space for nothing else. Well We finally switched from electric to Natural Gas and Oh Man! The difference it’s huge buy only this time I went with a Dacor Gas range stove. If you take a look at the Dacor Gas range 30’ you’ll see my current reviews. I hope this experience helps in making the decision to which stove you decide to buy.

Nice even heating on the stovetop, oven temps are accurate. Very easy to use and happy the controls are at the back of the range for safety. Excellent install team.
