Bottom rack slides back in as you pull food off. stove top has to be on high heat or it takes an eternity to hear the food then it’s too hot and burns.

Worst purchase experience ever-product good so far

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.No complaints about the oven so far, other than that it would be nice not to have stainless around the burners, hard to clean. Problem is that it took six months to arrive with little to no explanation. Three deliveries were cancelled. When it arrived they did not have the ability to install because we had propane. Fine, I did it myself. After six months, no more delays! Then, the oven had lots of instructions pertaining to the regulator which didn’t apply because it didn’t have the same regulator as the instructions said it did. Also, at least two acres were stripped and fell out. I don’t know what to say, it was a miserable experience, but I kind of like the oven and I am glad to finally have it. The people at the store were nice, but overall terrible experience.
