Luckily we were able to exchange for another one a week later that was delivered in good condition. Thank you Best Buy for that. However this model does not warm up to proper temperature. Set oven to 450 degrees, and it only preheats to 415, even after 35 minutes. Would not recommend this model

The whole appliance gets so hot when you use the oven. I would highly discourage people with children in their home, from buying this product. This is the 2nd Kitchen Aid stove I’ve purchased due to moving, my last stove with the double oven was much better quality than this stove… very dissatisfied

Very upset

I am at this point still waiting for this stove as the the first one delivered was broken. I have already started paying for stove I have not gotten yet.
