Oven heats up and boils water fast, this oven needs two separate timers for each oven.

Very confusing with the timing of getting 10% in rewards. Still don't have it. Also waiting for $100 price match credit. Not a very good experience.

Love this range. The small oven is ideal for most tasks, from a sheet cake to garlic bread to those frozen entrees that require baking -- fish, egg rolls, etc. Heats up to temperature quickly and uses less electricity, and yet we have the large oven for the other things like roasts, turkey, etc. Had to find another location for all those pans everyone keeps in the bottom drawer, like the roaster and pizza pan, but all in all, definitely worth it.

Kitchen Aid has proven to be our go to appliance, Best Buy seems to have good appliance supply and quick delivery times

Difficult to locate Kitchen Aid products due to the covid virus. Best buy sales person Sarah located and found just what we were looking for in ranges.

Love the style. It hasc2 ovens, but the oven door was broke. It took a long time for me to get it gixef.

Looks great but top smaller oven cooks hot for the heating unit is close to the product because of size. Pizza gets burnt on top. Bottom unit works great but as expected you really need bend low go insert and take good items out. If your not flexible you will not like.

I love this stove. the ovens are blue instead of gray and I love that. it's an expensive stove but we bought on sale and it's so worth it.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of the employees of Best Buy that delivered my KitchenAid double oven freestanding range however I CAN’T say the same for the range. The blue enamel in the both ovens is peeling off and was noticed while cleaning before use. The ovens had been turned on ONCE by servicemen demonstrating how to use. I contacted KitchenAid and received an apology and sent me a PDF manual and referenced a page in the manual which by that time I had read the manual and read that it was cosmetic and not covered by warranty. Very disappointing!

I love everything about this stove. This is my first convection oven and so far I love it. My favorite feature is the roll out oven rack.

This is a great stove. My favorite feature is the double ovens- they came in really handy just in time for Christmas baking!

Who needs those drawers at the bottom of the range? I use the top small over every day, and, the large one for special occasions. Another quality Kitchen Aid major appliance. I bought this and matching refrigerator/freezer, and, dishwasher. All slightly more expensive than the competition, but well worth the extra bucks.

the burners and oven take a long time to heat up. The burners are set up wrong on the stove top, can't use 2 big pans at the same time they don't fit.

When oven temp was set to 400, the bull-nose around the cook-top got VERY hot! So hot in fact, when my husband went to lean over to check controls, he was actually burned. Not enough to go to the doctor, but enough that a child touching it would have definitely gone to a doctor! Anything above 400 and it was obviously even worse! An independent contractor was sent out and said it was personally unacceptable but that ALL ranges get that hot, and the temperature is within the KitchenAid parameters. This was NOT acceptable to us so we returned and purchased a different brand! Best Buy, from sales to service, was wonderful to work with - this was solely a KitchenAid issue.
