First time purchased a brand like Kenmore great quality

We had this refrigerator for 9 months now. It stopped making ice 3-4 months in, then completely stopped working about a month later. We have been trying to get it repaired under warranty. We are stuck in an endless cycle of 1) wait 2 weeks for a repair guy, 2) repair guy has instructions to call KA “engineer” who doesn’t answer, 3) choose to order parts, 4) parts on back order. Once they do come in, sometimes it hasn’t worked at all, sometimes for a couple weeks. We are now somewhere near 5 months without a refrigerator. They state their warranty is “fix or repair” and they’re obligated to try and fix. The warranty requires mediation, but they refuse to share contact information for their alternative dispute resolution channels. Will NEVER buy another KitchenAid product again.

The fridge looks great and everything, but if you would like to be able to use the middle shelf, it’s very difficult to use, because of the height you basically have to put your stuff in there like a Tetris puzzle.

75 days after purchase the freezer is -16 degrees because the fan won’t shut off. The tech thinks it’s the control board, which is on back order, but the freezer temp sensors also appear to be malfunctioning, but they won’t replace those until they try the back ordered control board. No timeline for repair. Best Buy won’t help me because it’s after 60 days and under manufactures warranty. Sad I made this purchase.

Very nice refrigerator, but the layout of the fridge is not very functional

There were issues with the Refrigerator... 1. On the 1st delivery, doors were mismatch. and few dents on the fridge. 2. On the 2nd delivery, after connectin gthe fridge, there was Water leakage issue. It's been working fine from last 2 weeks though.

We haven’t had the refrigerator very long, but we looove it. It seems to do the job for which it’s intended and while it’s not a prerequisite, it’s gorgeous inside and out. It is counter depth which is perfect in our galley style kitchen. It may be too small for some families, but it is just right for us. Fingers crossed it’s a good performer Transient Ischemic Attack too.

I'm not generally a fan of the French door refrigerators, and I was quite skeptical about not buying another side-by-side, but I absolutely LOVE this one. It's technically not a French door because the freezer section doesn't take up the entire bottom drawer. But I adore that I can use the bottom right section as either a fridge or freezer, and can change it up whenever I want. There's plenty of space, which I was concerned about because it's slightly smaller than my last side-by-side counter depth was. The water/ice dispenser works beautifully. So far I'm loving everything about this fridge.

Exceptionally beautiful design… Sophisticated layout, including freezer options—and wine rack. Totally thrilled with purchase!

Started off a bit troublesome after delivery but glad to say that issues are now being resolved. So far very happy with purchase and service as of now.

The 4 door style makes it easy to store everything neatly. Touch screen is fun and easy to use.
