My Kitchen Aid refrigerator is not only great looking but it’s very functional. Only drawback is the ice compartment is small but I can live with that.

This refrigerator is great! Love the look of it and the best part is the size of it, all this combine with the quality of KitchedAid.

We are absolutely in-love with this fridge from an aesthetic pov. It constantly wow's guests and I never thought I would care about a fridge as much as I do this one. It is not without its shortcomings, however. -Water Filter: they claim this should last 6 months, but we've somehow managed to go through TWO in 6 months. You cant ignore it either as the fridge will beep at you until you replace it. -Ice maker: No real issues other than it makes very little ice. Don't plan on ever filling a cooler or even serving a party of more than 6 people with this thing. Ice itself is great though.

We’ve had this Fridge for about month and absolutely love it. It has the feel of a built-in without the price. The interior is spacious and well thought out. The only negative I’d say is the amount of ice it produces. However if you set it to max ice it’s fine. Definitely grab of ice a bag and put it in the freezer if you have a party planned.

Every thing about this Frig is great except the ice tub is small. The ice dispenser does not stop for a few seconds after pressure is relieved and the water spout is to close to the lever. When you relieve pressure you have to continue to hold your glass there or the spout will shoot water down the front of the frig.

Very spacious for a counter depth refrigerator, sleek design. The ice maker is kind of loud but it would not prevent me from purchasing again.

This is a great counter depth fridge. Everything in old, big fridge fits because of better organization. Inside lighting is super, door and crisper organization is awesome. Love the bottom freezer, with sliding shelves. Ice maker is small, but produces the best sized cubes I have ever seen. If you consume lots and lots of ice normally, you may want another model. Great fridge.

I love this fridge! The wood trim and soft close drawers on the inside with the diamond cut drawer knobs give it a feel of luxury. When opening, the doors have a good weight to them and youll feel the difference when comparing to others. I like that the water filter is reachable (short people problems lol) and you dont have to move everything out of the way to get to it. Love how it fits in perfect with the cabinets and doesnt stick out.

Owned a Samsung for about 10 years prior to buying this one. Pluses are it seems to keep food, especially produce, fresher longer, exterior is better at hiding smudges and shelves are generally attractive and seem better built then our old Samsung. Minuses are some of the shelving arrangements are not optimal, lacks egg drawer and seems a bit smaller inside then the equivalent Samsung. Also, the ice seems smaller and melts quicker then our old Samsung. Collaterally, pacific sales service was terrific, as our first fridge arrived dinged and they are replacing it with no issues, we also found our sales person to be very knowledgeable and courteous. Be careful with KitchenAid, they advertised a rebate on their web site and then refused to honor it because pacific sales is not a participating retailer, also gave us a lot of runaround when we challenged their denial. Finally, a bit pricey versus some of the alternatives. We splurged because we remodeled our kitchen and wanted everything to match so we bought all KitchenAid, also preferred to buy American if possible. In retrospect not sure matching the appliances is worth the premium for this one over alternatives.

To be fair, the comments about the beauty of the fridge and the functionality for a counter depth size are spot on. This may be the best looking refrigerator I have seen. That being said it is complete trash. After 60 days the fridge began making an extremely loud buzzing noise. Some have called the fridge noisy, but I actually found it very quite before it started to sound like a weed eater. It is NOT a normal sound for any refrigerator. It is so loud you dread the thought of opening it and even with doors closed we hated to be in the same room which is problematic for an open floor plan. We returned it, BestBuy was understanding and suggested it was likely a lemon and this model was the best KitchenAid had to offer. So we agree to try a replacement, new one came and it would not get cold nor make ice after days. We threw away a lot food. With all the other negative reviews about the refrigerator failing outside of warranty and lengthily repair times it was not a risk I was willing to take. So we gave up and returned it for another Brand. Our geek squad delivery guy also said he has picked up so many of this model as a return for the same reasons. A real shame because if this unit simply performed the most basic functions of a refrigerator well, this would be as good as it gets.

We are enjoying our 1st month with our new KitchenAid refrigerator. I like the stainless finish and the counter depth gives us 4more inches in the kitchen which is nice too. Love having ice & water on the outside of the frig - very convenient!

This fridge is awesome! It's fancy and functional. Plenty of room, looks very upscale. Love, love, love it, and got it for a great price!

Top 2 shelves broke 13 months after purchase. Kitchen aid only uses 3rd party vendors for out of warranty items, and they can't get the right part. It's a nice looking fridge, but sonce it cant be serviced, I cant recommend it. Go with LG, at least they have a good repair infrastructure. No, kitchenaid, I dont have facebook or twitter.

Not only is this refrigerator stunning in its looks but is incredibly functional as well. We have had kitchenaid appliances before but have so far been blown away by this one. It does everything it’s supposed to and looks great all at the same time. I’m absolutely thrilled with it. Also I have never gotten so many compliments on an appliance ever. It’s crazy how people take notice of this. I would absolutely recommend it.

At his point, I just want my money back. Bought this model 4 months ago. Initially, it arrived with a huge dent in the front door. We sent it back and Best Buy replaced it with a new one about a week later. With that one, the water dispenser didn't work at all. So we sent that back and Best Buy replaced it with another new one. That one worked for 3 months. Then it didn't cool at all. Had to call Whirlpool to schedule a technician to service it. Had to wait 2 WEEKS before someone could come out. Once he got here, he found that TWO of the fittings were not installed so it had been leaking coolant ever since we plugged it in. He "fixed" it. Added coolant. But that didn't fix it. Fridge still wasn't cooling at all. Called Whirlpool again the next day for them to schedule service to come back. Had to wait ANOTHER WEEK for him. Turns out the compressor wasn't working at all. Whirlpool had to order that part. Waited 10 days for it to arrive... and another week for the technician to be scheduled. He installed the compressor a couple days ago. Fridge is cooling. But the FREEZER ISN'T AT ALL. So frustrating. I cannot recommend this model. Tech guy had told us this is the 2nd fridge of this exact model he's had to service for the same issues. I just want my money back so we can purchase another brand. We have gone over a month without a refrigerator and using our small beer fridge to tide us over.

This is the perfect refrigerator for us - the largest of the counter depth class and filled with features. It also has a beautiful interior with ambient lighting and woodgrain touches. It's normally quite expensive but we were fortunate that a customer had bought it a couple of days prior and decided it was too small. We got a very good price adjustment. It was delivered exactly when we wanted.

Refrigerator has been having temperature issues. Had it serviced a few times. Now ice maker is not working and freezer rising in temperature

We’ve had this refrigerator for about 3 months now and so far it’s been good with keeping the food cold/cool but it makes a loud sound from the back and we aren’t sure why. I can’t post the video but it’s pretty loud and happens throughout the day. Doesn’t matter how much we open or keep doors closed.

We have had used KtichenAid appliances with much success and satisfaction. When purchasing new kitchen appliances for our most recent house we went with an entire KitchenAid selection. We decided to go with a French door style refrigerator, and for the most part are happy with it. We are still attempting to figure out the best shelving location and the freezer section has a sliding top shelf that seems to be more in the way than helpful. But overall the unit functions well and looks very nice in the house.

I purchased this refrigerator because style and uses. It not only looks great and well designed to fit all food items perfectly. The only complaint i have is it does not produce enough ice. I definitely recommend!!
