Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will not even give 1 star for this refrigerator they send me manufactures defect refrigerator their third party came to fix more the ten time but they were never able guess what now I am out of warranty period not they want me to pay for everything! I paid expensive price for this refrigerator! I will never buy any kitchen aid brand!

Originally ordered it through our builder who said they couldn't get it through their supplier and put it on us to go find it. Best Buy had it in stock and saved it for a month before we closed and they delivered it. Love it!

With this one, the freezer builds up and INCREDIBLE amount of ice/frost. So much that it's unusable. We've also had an issue with the water dispenser sticking and pouring out weird (like a sink faucet without the screw-on filter on it). We are getting it repaired tomorrow (out of warranty). I am not happy about this. Especially since we gave up on our previous new refrigerator. We've now bought two NEW refrigerators in 4 years.
