    Derek kept in touch and followed through with my purchase from beginning to end . I also had assistance from Asyah when there was a bump . I felt very appreciated and cared about . Also had amazing delivery guys who made the effort to ensure the refrigerator was hooked up correctly. I love this refrigerator. I owned a kitchen aide before this unit for 13 years and trust this brand for my ovens and other appliances as well . The interior lighting and accessibility is very user friendly. Great refrigerator!

    Nice design, but overall a cheap product. The ice machine clogs easily. The panel on the left drawer failed once and had the unit replaced and it failed a second time. Drawer in freezer broke. The freezer does not keep things frozen in certain areas. Would not reccomend.
