We bought this Kitchenaid refrigerator to replace the Samsung refrigerator that came with our new house. It has been a HUGE improvement. I love that it tells you how much water is dispensing into your cup!

This is a terrible product! We had two. After a few days, the first began to collect water on top of the freezer drawer gasket. Attempts to get the gasket to seal better were useless. We sent it back and received a 2nd one. We had the same problem. Also, the freezer is inadequately lit. The faux wood and chrome plastic in the refrigerator compartment give this model a cheap look. I'm sure it won't wear well. We finally decided to replace it with a GE Profile. The GE quality seems better overall - time will tell. We have an older KitchenAid dishwasher, and it is a nice product. I don't know if there is a problem with this model or if they've cheapened the KitchenAid brand. I do want to add that Best Buy's customer service was very helpful. There was a 3rd fridge that arrived dented, and we turned it away. Even though it took four tries, Best Buy didn't waiver in their effort to help us.

This is a very good refrigerator. I like that it has lots of space and I especially like the pull out shelf. The ice container is easy to get at if you want to get at the ice without using the dispenser in the outside door.

We have had constant issues with the ice cube maker leaking, freezing, and not producing ice. A technician came out to fix it and has not been able to go to max ice mode since.

We love this refrigerator. It is very quiet and the ice maker in the door is great. Lots of room and the adjustable shelves make storage a snap. Also looks great.

I get nervous whenever I have to make a large purchase. I always second guess my choice but I LOVE this fridge sooo much…it looks nice and is amazing!!! So glad I purchased it.

No issues with the fridge but the delivery did not go well. I was told by the installer that there was a slow leak coming from the ice maker. He also stated that there was nothing he could do and he could finish the install but water would continue to leak out. No he really was going to push the fridge back with a leak. Then he offered 39.95 hose replacement option to correct the water line leak then told me he couldn’t install it. I got very frustrated and went to Lowe bought a new compression fitting for under two dollars and had water to the ice maker in a matter of minutes. You shouldn’t charge for delivery and installation if you don’t have any intention of actually doing that.

Very pleased with the new design. We had the previous generation of this refrigerator and it had multiple issues. They seem to have been resolved with the update.

Eight months ago, I purchased a KitchenAid over all other brands because it had a solid reputation for good appliances. However, I am extremely disappointed in this refrigerator. It wasn't the most expensive, but it certainly wasn't cheap. There is no control over the swing of the doors, the doors when opened swing so freely, that you have to catch them before they jerk to a stop. The shelving is cheap and the "so called chrome finish on them scratches easily. The stainless steel of the doors leaves finger prints, and when trying to clean them, you can scratch the surface with just a finger nail. The doors of the food compartments won't stay closed. The movable shelf in the middle slides out so easily that I find myself pushing it back in place every time I reach for something on the upper shelf. Overall the materials this refrigerator is made of are of poor quality. My last refrigerator was a Kenmore that I had for over 20 years, and until the last year or so, I had no problems. I doubt if this KitchenAid will last 2-5 years at most. I do like the ice/water dispenser and it has been working well, overall it keeps food cold and it is quiet. My biggest concern is whether or not the drawers, shelving and exterior doors will last with repeated use.

Very nice refrigerator, the space is nice and the lights inside are bright. For the freezer there is not enough lights. It is gray inside so when you pull the door open there is one light that shines in middle space it is not the greats to see want you have in there. Overall, it is a great refrigerator.
