Horrible Experience

Best Buy broke our water valve during instillation. Brough a damaged refrigerator the second time, and now after 1 year the new refrigerator has completely stopped working. Best Buy has washed their hands and we've spend hours on the phone all while having a fridge that does not work. AVOID AT ALL COST

Terrible Unit

This went from fridge to oven and cooked our food. Kitchen aid said they would cover repairs as there is a known quality issue with them. The factory service company schedules two weeks out and commonly calls morning of to reschedule. We have been rescheduled twice now. If you buy this unit, which I do not recommend, get the service plan because it will need repair.

Included in a Class Action Lawsuit

It also has a hard time cooling. After the warranty it will most likely have issues as it did with mine and with many others, so much that it is being included in a class action lawsuit. It looks nice but that is all.

Piece of garbage!

Best buy was kind enough to replace it. Now 20 months later the mother board is fried causing loss of everything on the fridge and KitchenAid wont do a thing. $2000+ paperweight in my kitchen.

A disappointing purchase and an expensive mistake
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a $4,000 fridge that barely operates the door dispenser. I had to hook up a wireless switch to reset all the time. Mostly because any static you have on you is likely to kill the electronics.
