The refrigerator doors are not aligned on a brand new Kitchenaid refrigerator. There is no light in the freezer. Completely dark. There are what appear to be suction cup marks all over the glass shelving with any kind of condensation. I cannot get them to clean out. Internet searches say they are permanent as care wasn't made when moving this glass? The water comes out in somewhat of a broken stream, not steady and laminar. It is dispensed somewhat turbulently, and broken, slowly. Annoying.

First impression was good, but after having it for few days what a disappointment, noisy and condensate build up under the French doors. Had to return and replaced with LG Max, so far happy with it.

Delivery went terrible. Door dented and refrigerator not level. Scratched front door on entry. Called in to report the dent and it hadn’t showed delivered so rep couldn’t help me.

I’ve been using this KitchenAid French Door Refrigerator for about a months now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The ice maker produces consistently shaped cubes and refills quickly. What really impressed me is how quiet this refrigerator is. Even when the compressor runs or ice drops into the bin, the sound is very minimal. The temperature control has been steady and reliable, keeping fruits, vegetables, and dairy fresh much longer than my previous fridge. If I had to note one small area for improvement, it would be the bottom freezer drawer — it’s roomy but could glide a little more smoothly when full. Still, that’s a very minor issue compared to the overall performance. Overall, this KitchenAid model perfectly blends design, functionality, and durability. It looks beautiful in the kitchen and performs exactly as a premium refrigerator should. Highly recommended for anyone upgrading to a modern, high-capacity French door design.

Love our new fridge! The style is high end looking, but a fraction of the price, it fits perfect for our kitchen where we were limited to what type of fridge due to the wall. Example, the Samsung bespoke fridges do not work due to door thickness. This fridge is beyond what I wanted. The noise complaints iv seen in reviews I haven’t had any issues with, and as far as ice make goes I can’t say as we use our opal ice maker. The space, design and functionality is great and I will absolutely be recommending this fridge to my family and friends.

I really like this refrigerator so far. We've only had it a few weeks. It keeps everything really cold consistently and the wide adjustable shelves actually seem to store more than my previous 28 cu ft Samsung. The ice maker makes ample supply of ice and refills quick and is positioned so it does not take away from your shelf space. And it is pretty inside and out.

So far so Good. It love the way it looks in my kitchen and everything seems to work (only a couple of weeks since it was installed and I am only at this house part-time. I like the separate drawer that allows you to open the one drawer without opening the entire refrigerator. My only complaint is that there is not a lot height between shelves unless you make one of them very narrow.

I love the layout of this fridge. It helps keep everything so well organized which reduced waste and forgetting about items.

We down sized from a 28cf Samsung and honestly seem to have more room in this. It keeps everything COLD and looks good while doing it. We happy with it so far!

I love the amount of space inside this refrigerator and that the ice maker/water dispenser is in the door. I also Love the middle drawer for my cheeses and other produce. Easy access and organization. The other option I love is that the freezer has pull out trays at different levels to put frozen items on which eliminates needed items from being covered up and on the bottom. Another great organizing feature. Overall, I am pleased with this refrigerator/freezer!

I love everything about this refrigerator! It's not only attractive, but the space is incredibly efficient. I really appreciate how the LED lights gently brighten when the doors open—it’s such a nice touch. The ice shape is perfect, and the 3rd drawer adds so much convenience. The dedicated pizza compartment is genius, and the two pull-out drawers in the freezer keep everything organized. Honestly, all in all, this is a very thoughtfully designed and high-quality appliance. The delivery guys were professional and courteous and did a great job with installation.

I would have given a 5 star to this awesome refrigerator if it wasn't because the water dispenser continue to drip for a second after the cup is removed and the water pressure is slow to fill the cup. A Technician came to look at it but that's all he did. I owned another Kitchen Aid before purchasing this fridge, reason why I am able to compare. Other than that, this fridge is super spacious and I am able to organize everything inside very well, its very high end looking with the wood edging on the shelf. I don't regret buying it's just a bit annoying that with such a expensive fridge and this new technology era, I have to get use to hold the cup longer that what I was used to with my prior older model otherwise, I will have a puddle of water on the tray every time. I wish they would come back to fix it. The ice maker is also nice as it stops automatically from making more ice if its not being use as fast.

This refrigerator exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious and the compartments keep everything organized and easy to find. We love the extra drawer for drinks and assorted fruits/vegetables- soda cans are easy to access. The freezer is spacious and has so many compartments as well. The refrigerator also looks really bourgeois in our kitchen.

I love this refrigerator; it has plenty of space, several compartments, and a fairly large freezer with two extra drawers. You can program the water dispenser to fill a glass, and it's not very noisy.

This fridge is great & it's so pretty! I love the middle drawer & how you can adjust the settings easily for what you want to store in there. I also love the pizza storage in the freezer. The handles on the drawers are so nice. I'm obsessed. The guy who helped us at Best Buy was so informative and helped us make the decision. I went in just to browse & left with a new fridge :)
