I love the amount of separate drawers and being able to see thru the drawers to see what is below. The most storage that makes sense that I have ever had

Every time I open it there is more room in it. The look adds to our kitchen. Service and selection was outstanding. Great sales help!

Great so far...3 weeks. Love the 3 drawer freezer as it keeps items from getting buried. Ice machine is legit. Not the biggest out there, but enough capacity for us.

Our new KitchenAid frig was installed today. It's beautiful. The shelf adjustments in the main part of fridge are spaced very close together. It doesn't allow for very tall items. I may have to rethink and reconfigure my items to make things fit. The shelf adjustment slots could be configured better. Other than that, I love all the drawers, the flex drawer, and the 3 different drawers in the freezer. Especially the freezer drawers, makes organizing items easy and being able to find them a snap since you don't have to continually move things out of the way to find what you're looking for.

Got this at BestBuy outlet. I have 2 mths to review. It’s a great looking refrigerator. I love the gray inside. Since I got it at the outlet one of the freezer bins plastic window does not stay on, so I’m having a technician come out and look at it. Plus the icemaker had some rust on some screws. I want them to take a look at that too. I paid 1300. It’s pretty. It still comes with a one-year manufacture warranty. Plus I can buy a 8 mth plan but 4 for six months. We’ll see how it does since I have two months if I wanna return it

This fridge not only looks sharp it quite and so efficiently ran. With lots of space.

Best Buy installers were very efficient and thorough. They explained several features of this KitchenAid refrigerator to us. They made us feel good about our purchase. We looked at every brand of refrigerator at 5 different stores and Best Buy had the best value. We experienced great service from the sales person who helped us make our decision. We love the refrigerator and how well organized the layout is for our needs. That third drawer has been a god send for beverages and deli meats. The water filter is close to the front so will be easy to change. It's beautiful inside with slightly tinted shelves and the preserva feature really does work keeping lettuce and herbs fresher longer. We love all the room in the refrigerated and freezer sections. We feel we got top of the line at a great price.

Damaged door, scratches in bins. Nice look but not best quality for the brand. Icemaker is extremely loud for a new machine; water drips, splatter from maker, dispenser. Temperature is great. Anticipated more quality for the brand.

We love this fridge, it is very spacious and the extra drawer is so useful especially because you can change the setting for it. We have had only for about a month but absolutely no complaints.

The freezer section is impressive – with well-designed compartments that make it easy to find what I’m looking for. I appreciate how quiet the refrigerator runs. No excessive hums or buzzing sounds. We love the refrigerator. It's spacious and well made. The big reason it was important to us is that the doors remain flush with the body of the refrigerator when open. We had a problem with a previous refrigerator increase the width by almost 5 inches when doors were open and therefore could not fit in our space. This was the biggest refrigerator in our budget that the doors did not expand the width when open.

Had an older model kitchenaid that gave up the ghost @ 25 yrs. Founder this model and find it to be better than that side-by-side was as we have gotten used to it.

Love the water / ice maker feature. So far the refrigerator has been great. The multiple drawers in the freezer works great for sorting your food.

Everything seems to be working nicely. Refrigerator keeps nice temperature and makes lots of ice. Freezer works great. Lots of room for storage for a family of four.

I am 80 and my wife is 79 and we both agree that this is the BEST refrigerator we have ever had. There is so many different compartments, drawers, and shelves; makes it ideal to keep things separate as needed. Our only concern was NOT with the KitchenAid itself,, but with the installation. You need to stay on top of this.

So far I love my new KitchenAid French door fridge. Only gave 4 star instead of 5 stars because of the ice, water dispenser. It works but if using a narrow mouth glass or cup you must put your hand behind it or you’ll have ice and water everywhere. Love the outside drawer. Also nowhere can I find the temperature settings for the drawer. I’m not sure what setting is best for my use. The freezer is easy to organize with the 3 drawers. You can see almost everything at a glance.

I'm reviewing only based on appearance and on Best Buy. I purchased this refrigerator but had to return it. This is a gorgeous refrigerator and I'm really sad that I had to return it. I had a difficult space to fit my small kitchen and I was happy to note that the doors were not super thick and would have opened correctly against a wall. I had to return it due to the depth. Best Buy made it easy for me to cancel this refrigerator and purchase another one. The installers were so courteous of my home. I'm very impressed with using Best Buy for appliances.
