It has been laying there for weeks now and I have an appointment today for someone to come out and install but the product is not even ordered. How could Best Buy do this? They keep on scheduling for installer and finally when he’s ready to come today, the product is not even available so you see all this miscommunication amongst the team work no one knows what’s happening. You cannot speak to somebody who could fix this problem because the supervisor calls and says that it’s not in his hands so I’d rather go to Lowe’s Home Depot then to Best Buy.

It’s nice to an extent that they come off so you can totally clean it, but I wish they would just lift up and stay attached.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1) Poorly designed grill is raised above burner flame resulting in a lot of heat loss 2) Uneven grill level therefore any vessel doesn't sit flat 3) Poor design - Grills don't lock 4) Poor spacing design and can't cook multiple pots at the same time 5) Could have provided a bit higher capacity to these 12btu and 2 of 9.1btu burners 6) Poor design - The dials are clustered in the middle

Poorly made
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks great, but the middle burner stopped working after 2 months and we basically have a four burner range top now. Took apart the lid and cover to clean and troubleshoot and everything is just cheaply made and not functioning the way it should. Very disappointed, will not be buying any more range tops from Kitchenaid, this was a waste of money.
