A great heavy duty mixer. Good use for multiple tasks baking.

I bought it for my new home, so I haven't been able to use it yet.

I returned it, because it kept heating and turning off. I am learning bread making, and it would work for more than 10 minutes. the biggest disappointment was that best buy has a 10-15 day return policy. So I ended up with a store credit, a buying a good mixer elsewhere.

Love the mixer, the only drawback compared to the tilt back version is removing/swapping the beater/hook is not as easy as with the tilt back models.

My cakes are so much better now. They are smooth like butter.

This was the best decision to purchase this mixer!

Very versatile mixer. Solidly made. Only downside, the 5 qrt version does not have a lift head. Rather the bowl drops down. Lift head is easier to use.

Best Buy has a great selection of kitchen aid products. These mixers are costly and it would have been helpful if there were some kind of incentives to purchase at Best Buy.

Bought this mixer as a Christmas gift for my mom. She loves her 4qt kitchenaid but wanted something bigger. Getting the mixer was a hassle. They "forgot" to send it to the store for pickup. Once received, The mixer was extremely loud. My mom who is partially deaf complained about how loud it was. She returned the mixer and is currently waiting for her replacement to arrive.

Have used it twice so far. I thought it would be magical and the dough wouldn't stick to the attachments. Guess I was wrong. Otherwise, its lovely.

Love the functions and color the lifting bowl is a plus

Great mixer! Love it can do a lot. I will be getting a few attachments. Its pretty bulky and heavy for my wifes liking but all n all we love it.

It’s a good mixer BUT very clumsy to use due to the fact that it is not a tilt head model it’s a bowl lifter which really does not move away far enough to give you better access to the attachments and the bowl . I wish I would have purchased a tilt head instead of a bowl lift , owned a tilt head before this and loved it this on the other hand was a mistake for me . Still a very good mixer just not for me .

Love the brand but disappointed in this mixer bought it 2 months ago and hade to take it back to exchange it for a new one because it broke

The mixer works as it should. The reason for 3 stars is that there are areas that have no paint that will eventually rust. On a mixer that cost 450 dollars, this should not be the case. When spending this kind of money you would expect a higher quality finish from the manufacturer.

I’ve bought twice but I’ve faced a problem that’s why I returned this product and claim protection plan. I hope this time it will work fine

Overall very satisfied. A bit disappointed It does not come with a flex edge beater and one is not made for this mixer.

Ifnyou put all the ingredients in together and turn it on, it will mix it up nicely. Id suggest also purchasing a scraper.
