I find it frustrating when i purchased ans item as a gift for my daughter who then needs to pay additional money for a different color same exact mode. I have bought multiple high price items in the last year and this is how my daughter is treated. Completely unacceptable i wont be buying anything from you going forward.

Can’t order items for Xmas from Best Buy… you don’t package the item so anything’s hidden… ordered a bunch of expensive items and of course people see them because they don’t package them so you can’t tell what they are… horrible, ruined Xmas gifts psa 5. kitchen aid etc I’ll stick with amazon

This order was so stressful and challanging from beginning, they messed up the color and canceled my order couple of times and eventually move my reward my payment from 18 to 12 months ،they never try to compensate you for their mistake , it was my last order from best buy

use 2 times and stuck and hard to take off bole and back

The item came with the incorrect bowl, it just doesn't fit the machine.

Missing the mixing bowl box was damaged called best buy nothing got done about it super disappointing

I bought and returned the mixer, it is not strong for dough, it is very good only for cakes

They canceled my previous order without giving me any heads up ad changed the day of pick , oh do yourself a favor just order from amazon

Best buy lost the package and i still havent gotten it yet. Going on 3 months now.

We purchased it as gift, it didn't work, we called the manufacturer.they didntvreplaced

I am giving 5 stars because the one time I have used the mixer - so far - it did everything it was supposed to do and did it well. I'm not using the mixer professionally, so it will not see daily use, but I do like high quality kitchen tools when I use them. I didn't have any problem using the mixer. It is quite heavy/sturdy, so it has been given a permanent spot on the counter. Luckily, there was a great spot for it and it looks good. If counter space is an issue, be prepared to move some weight when it is taken out of storage.

This kitchen aid mixer is perfect. The color is vibrant, it’s durable, and it’s so easy to clean. The attachments are so handy and I love the versatility.

This mixer was a pleasant surprise. It appears to have more power than our other adjustable head unit. Smoother operation as well. Doesnt load up as easily when knocking out those thicker doughs. A great purchase that will bring years of heavy duty mixing enjoymnet.

We bought this for our daughter after my wife enjoyed hers so much. So far, it is exceeding her expectations. It's the perfect size for their family, and has plenty of strength for all of her breadmaking and baking, as well as all of her other holiday baking activities.

Thrilled with this mixer! I had a different model years ago but this one tops it in power and stability. Perfect for Christmas cookies, cakes, and breads! Best Buy offered this mixer at such an incredibly attractive price that I simply could not pass it up! It came more quickly than an Amazon delivery! AND it was placed in a hidden, discrete location at the side of our home instead of leaving it to attract unwanted attention on our front steps. I appreciate the care shown by that! All in all Best Buy has been a fantastic resource for me!

I love my new mixer. The Contour Silver goes with any kitchen decor. Also, the lift stand mixer fits right under my kitchen cabinets and I don't have to move it out which is much better for me than the tilt mixers. I would highly recommend it!

To be honest I could have returned it, I thought my other KitchenAid had stopped working so I replaced it. The truth is the ground fault outlet needed to be reset, once I did that mine was working fine. With that said I decided to keep this one. It's a bit tricky to get the bowl in place but once you do this one is a real workhorse. I can mix up a double batch (that's 10 dozen) of TollHouse Cookies with no issues at all. So now I have two KitchenAid Mixers. Oh and I've had my older one for more than 15 years, which should tell you how fabulous KitchenAid is.

Just as advertised this is a very strong mixer that works on everything with ease. My wife loves it and has been using it weekly to make homemade bread, butter, and deserts. What an amazing product. Would highly recommend.
