My wife’s 10 year old KitchenAid mixer was making funny noises and seemed to be at the end of its life so I got her this or Christmas this year. We have such a good time making cookies for the Holidays that I gave it to her right away. Fantastic price and the matte black looks really cool.

We are loving our KitchenAid mixer. It is a great addition to the kitchen if you do a lot of baking. On this version, the bowl just lowers a few inches to allow you to remove the bowl/attachment. The other type allows the top of the mixer to hinge up so that you can access those things. The top lift one may have been a little nicer to have just for ease of use, but due to limited kitchen counter space, this one works well for us. It's a worthy addition to your kitchen if you do a lot of cooking or baking.

Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this pop up as Deal of the Day! I've been on a baking spree for the last three months and boy, oh boy, do I really dislike hand mixing. I had a KitchenAid tilt-head mixer in the past so I had high expectations in the quality department but thought there /might/ be some cosmetic imperfections due to the price. I WAS WRONG! This sweet lil thing came out of the box without a single blemish. I decided to make two test recipe lemon loafs yesterday and tried out all the speeds with the whisk attachment, going from 0 to 10 without stopping and I am impressed! I cannot wait to start making bigger batches of my treats so I can share them with all my friends, family and work family! *DISCLAIMER: I know you're going to be so excited to use your new kitchen toy but do yourself a favor and read the pamphlet before you start mixing! Take my word for it.

I previously had a classic KitchenAid stand mixer with a tilt head. That mixer worked wonderful, but had a smaller 4 qt mixing bowl and I would run into problem when mixing large quantities or double recipes. The larger bowl in this mixer easily accommodates larger recipes and has plenty of power to combine ingredients.

I ended up buying the larger one. That’s why I returned this. I previously had the larger one so my accessories will fit the larger one. I love kitchen aid mixers. Highly recommend them❤️❤️

My old KitchenAid classic stripped it's gears due to being used for bread making for ten years. This has barely acted like it has ever had any issues since I started using it for my bread doughs and the dough hook is a better design than the older style
