New to the Stand Mixer World

I saw it on sale close to Christmas so I decided it was my Christmas present to myself. It’s definitely intimidating and I think it will take a few times to get used to it, but I’m loving it. I made two cakes already and I bought an attachment already!

An essential item

The functionality is great plus it's a timeless kitchen tool. I will be using this for years to come. The only thing I wish is that I would've gotten the one with tilt head. That's the only reason why I gave it. Four stars was because the functionality would improve so much if I could just tilt the head up and take the attachment off. Definitely get one it's a classic item.
